The location is good and the structure is quite alright. The staff are also very polite and helpful.
The bed linen and toilet maintenance is not up to the mark.

Poor house keeping. Bathroom was not to the mark. They can improve.
the staff were good and friendly. however they never served Chinese food when we asked them to and always said it’s not available when we are aware they serve Chinese. also we stayed for two days and they charged us extra. apart from the online booking charges they charged us additional 1200 for extra bed. which we felt was expensive as we were already bearing the room charges
they were very unsure while we arrived at the booking desk. we had to tell them numerous times about Booking.com online reservation. the staff during check in time dint know much about the app online service
