I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Despite charging ₹2000 per night, the hotel lacked even basic hygiene and amenities. The room was dirty, and there was no geyser. The jug provided for heating water didn't work. The staff was rude and barely available when needed. Even after multiple complaints, there was no response or effort to improve the service. This place is highly overpriced for the poor facilities and service it offers. I would not recommend staying here.

Bedsheets were not clean. They changed it though after request.

The hotel is in very bad shape.Very old building.The bathroom is not clean, stains all over the place as this is pretty old property.No toiletries were provide, no towels, no toilet tissue.Moreover, the hotel is mentioned as 3 star which is a big surprise.Moreover, in the first day during checkin the attendant at the reception behaved rudely without checking the booking, pretty unprofessional.He said the booking is for 1 person, hence family with kid is not allowed.Imagine the situation when somebody travels from outstation along with family with a small kid and try to checkin around 9pm in the winter night & suddenly someone behaves rudely saying family is not allowed.Later I persuaded and showed the booking for a couple with a kid.Then only allowed us to stay. Hello was not even apologetic for his behaviour.Booking.com, please looking into this .I have always chosen booking.com over other agents but this kind of property and staff might dent the reputation and the trust which has been earned over many years.

Location of the property is very good. It's in kushalnagar. 100 m away from Nisagardhama.

Room size was very small.

Good location and well maintained. We booked a simple 1 room stay for a couple and stayed overnight. Place is well ventilated and has all basic amenities. Complimentary breakfast was really amazing as well. Definitely recommend for a good stay in Kushalnagar.

Images on the website is no way close to reality. Walk in price is just 1800 per night whereas on the website it's over 2.5 k.. however it's not worth it. Not recommended for families..

Walkable distance to Nisargadhama, good restaurants near by, near to main road, good beakfast, nice staff, big rooms..

The stay was pleasant and the interior lighting and all fixtures were working properly and all facilities were available. The room & washroom was neat, clean & hygienic.

We were really pleased with our stay as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Rome as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect. The staff was helpful, the accomodations were beautiful and the breakfast was superb. It couldn't have been better. Thanks

Nice hotel in good location but beds are a bit hard and not very inviting and the breakfast was disappointing, with some items appearing to be swimming in water (scrambled eggs, bacon...).Good base for exploring the city though

Hotel is a very comfortable, well-located hotel representing great value-for-money, with friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is very clean and, in spite of the very cold nights during my stay, the central heating (throughout the hotel) was set to the perfect temperature.

Location is good and the room size is good for family. The breakfast is okay

The walls were thin and there were other guests talking too loud, late in the night and even in the morning. The staff didn’t take any initiative to tell them. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest

The room is small for the price and also the room isn't maintained. Looks like old property and not worth the price.

Staff was good and cooperative. Especially the manager Ravi was very helpful to us. And shared good information on the local sight seeing points.

Beds could have been a bit stronger. Value for money wise, it was slightly on the expensive side. Location is also far from madikeri town.You can cover kushalnagar points though. But ours was a last moment booking,so that way it was quite good choice.
