Itsy Hotels Jammabane Cottage, 5 Minutes To Mountain View Coffee Plantation

It was my beautiful holiday and itsy added beautiful colours to it. The ambiance, staff and facilities were superb. The stay surrounded by the coffee plantation was spectacular. Recommended go for it.

The person at the reception has a very bad attitude towards guests. We had requested an early checkin through booking.com but the person denied any such request. We were forced to pay ₹500 per room to get early checkin. Then the person had a bad attitude when asking anything. We asked for coffee and the only response we got was “It is not free”. Man we did not ask to give us for free. Please do not show attitude towards guests.

The insects on the bed and mosquitos.Drinking water needs to be brought from down.There is no proper food supply. We need to arrange ourselves.Night time the room needs to be put on dim light else insects will come inside.Small bathroom.Cot makes sound that it might be broken.

Ambience of the property, cool and calm place, compared to hectic city life,loved the nature, early morning birds chirping, totally worth stay,i recommend everyone.

Difference Between Photos and Reality: The images posted on the site show only two rooms on the first floor, but in reality, those rooms are under construction. This was a bit misleading.Ambiance: Due to the construction work, the ambiance we were expecting from the photos wasn’t there. It was less peaceful and aesthetic than anticipated.Privacy Issues: The rooms feature fully transparent Teflon glass with curtains that don’t cover the windows completely, making it difficult to have full privacy.Limited Photo Updates: We were told the photos couldn’t be updated because the building is under construction, which contributed to the discrepancy between expectation and reality.

I liked the service provided by Arjun. Really a lovely chap and always wanting to help the customers.

The building is under construction, no proper staricase, Restroom doors not closing, No privacy in the hallway, No food service in the facility.

Truly amazing experience. eco-friendly and mindful ambience. The crew members especially the welcome boy had a happy face. Budget friendly , for everyone.

There was no seating on the varanda.

Staff behaviour is very very good.

This room does not have privacy at all. With complete see through glass wall on the front side on the where every one pass just in front of you is worst. The hotel could have added some spaces to change the cloth at least or change the white screen. The view is ok which i can get in most of the homestays. And also there is no decent hotel near by if any one is coming please plan your food from market.

Zero safety. Zero security.Run by Bandits.Demanded to cancel online booking and pay directly.The group of Bandits surrounded us and threatened to break our mobile if we capture them and upload a review. A complaint needs to be registered.

Service was okay

The stay was okay. We booked this property for 2 days. On the second day, they took the key for cleaning while we were going out. When we returned, some of our personal belongings were missing from our room and when confronted they clearly denied. There were no CCTV installed in the corridors. The question arises here is of security. How someone will trust the hotel authorities when our belongings are being used without our permission. Very bad experience due to this incidence

Privacy needs to be improved its a glass door and there is a passway in front so there is little bit privacy issue however there is a white screen given but we didn't feel it secure
