Looks like scam. No location, no contact number. While dailing the number provided it goes to Oyo and no response. We have to search for new hotel after reaching which was very frustrating. Very bad experience with booking.com and this hotel

I liked nothing about it

Unclean rooms, broken fan & taps, no room service plus slow service, cupboard doesn't open properly, uncomfortable bed, charging points are few and loose (doesn't work properly)...not at all good. The location is worst for tourists.

Room denied by hotel hence I was forced to make another hotel for room

Your app which was given me pay at property but when I approached hotel refused to give room later I made room at another property

No proper management of the room before check-in. There was no AC Remote in the room. The fan was not working. During check-in we just kept our bag and went out for some food and sightseeing. When we returned late at night all exhausted and were ready to sleep we came to know that there is no AC remote. They couldn't arrange the remote, we were so tired that we agreed to use fan only then we came to know that fan is also not working. Then we had to change the room around 1 am in the mid night. We went late to sleep after doing all the room shifting. Then in morning staff started ringing the door bell. Morning staff behaviour was soo rude. He started telling to checkout fast otherwise extra charges you have to pay. I explained to him the night scenario and our reason of waking up late. But he was like I don't care checkout fast in 10 min. Utterly unprofessional and shameless behaviour.

The property was cheap

Rooms were infested with cockroaches and the bed sheets and pillows were dirty. Further there was not even drinking water offered by the hotel

The rooms were well maintained and clean actually. And the staffs were well behaved and the location of the hotel was good

Hi there was no Breakfast services water to arrange, bath towels to keep

Early check in Times should flexible

The advance booked 2 rooms were not provided. We 4 senior citizens were mentally and physically harassed. We demand compensation of Rs.25000 for harassing us. Advance paid amount is also to be refunded. Very very very bad experience by booking thru Booking.com. Also totally negative deal by Jotel Kushal hotel staffs. I liked the location. Quite close to the bus stand and restaurants for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. The room met my expectations. The bed was comfortable.

The smell in the room wasn't very pleasant. The guy at the reception solved my using an ambient perfume. Rooms need more aeration and the bathroom could have been cleaned better.

First of all, no towel, no toothbrush or paste is given. Hot water is not coming properly. Unable to contact through intercom from room. Personally, I had to visit reception for any help. Most of the time, the reception is vacant.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent booking experience through Booking.com and the subsequent stay at Hotel Aravind Premier.What Went Wrong:Booking Change Without Notice: I initially booked a Classic Triple Room at Super Collection O Kushal Nagar, but was informed by OYO Support that the accommodation could not be provided. Without my consent, my booking was transferred to Hotel Aravind Premier.Misleading Payment Terms: Despite the booking showing "payment at hotel," I was coerced into making a part payment, which escalated to a demand for full payment under the threat of losing the room. This was highly unprofessional and misleading.Substandard Accommodation: The room I received at Hotel Aravind Premier was far below the promised standard. The property was noisy, with several shops and a low-class bar on the ground floor, making it unsuitable for a family stay. The room's value was closer to ₹650-₹700, far below what I paid.Wasted Time: Resolving these issues consumed hours of my time, disrupted my travel plans, and turned our family vacation into a stressful experience.Conclusion:This experience highlights a severe lack of professionalism and quality control on Booking.com’s part. Allowing third-party service providers like OYO to unilaterally change bookings and downgrade accommodations without prior notice or consent is unacceptable.I sincerely hope Booking.com addresses these issues and implements measures to prevent such incidents in the future.

Despite receiving confirmation for my reservation at a property in Kushalnagar, Coorg, I was shocked to discover upon arrival that there was no room available for me, as all rooms had already been sold out. This situation caused significant distress and disruption to my travel plans. I immediately contacted your customer care for assistance, but unfortunately, I received no effective support or resolution to the issue. As a result: 1. My holiday was ruined. 2. A considerable amount of my time and resources were wasted trying to resolve this matter. This incident reflects poorly on the reliability of your platform and raises serious concerns about your ability to ensure the accuracy and validity of bookings made through your site. I demand an immediate explanation, a full refund, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Furthermore, I urge you to take corrective measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within the next seven working days, I will have no choice but to explore legal action and escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities. Value for money. We got family room. Location was alos very good

Cleaning can be better+ they can keep water kettle in room

The staff was arrogant. They didn't allot the rooms. They told everyone one has confirmed booking and will allot the rooms if they have vacant rooms once we arrive there. They didn't take any responsibility for the bookings through bookings.com
