I recently stayed at The Westin Resort and was quite disappointed with some basic facilities. In today’s time, having no internet access is unacceptable, especially for a property of this level. Additionally, the toilet shut-off was not functioning properly, and there were several minor issues across the room that clearly need maintenance attention. Overall, the experience didn’t meet the expectations one would have from a Westin property.

-good buikd quality and ashetics- courteous and very helpful staff- premium quality bathroom fittings and furniture- large rooms and spacious property- good quality tasty food with many options.

- no heated indoor pool for which we paid extra as we wanted to enjoy the pool privately. Intact we decided to book at this property just becz of indoor private pool but we couldn't use it at all due to cold weather during our entire stay. Usually indoor pools are by default heated/temperature controlled all over the word. We informed the manager and thought that we will not be charged the extra cost we paid for roons with indoor pool. However nothing was done. Unprofessional approach from a reputed Marriot group.- there was no hot water in shower for two days out of three. On last day they resolved the issue and luckily we hadva hot water in shower on last day of our stay otherwise would have to had a cold water shower. Shameful for a 5 star property.- cockroach like insect found in bathroom on last morning. Washbasin gutter was choked and have to use washbasin intermittently.- the air-conditioner without a heating option. Hotel provided a road side Quality small tabke top noisy heater which was not sufficient to vool the 90 sqm room.- strong bad gutter smell outside our room.- the property is not upto Marriott standards and no where near 5 star level. Not worth to spend much.

Amazing property with large rooms and excellent facility spread over a large area. The team are attentive and guest relationship managers are excellent at resolving issues quickly. Had an amazing stay and looking forward to coming back for longer in the future.

A little bit hard to get to although no issues in finding it through the normal map apps.

Property was perfect for leisure trips with family. The hospitality provided by the staff (esp Ms Urmila, Mr. Mohit & Mr. Bimal) was phenomenal. They understand our requirements and comfort and go extra mile to give us that. The fact that most of the complementary activities were already part of our stay made us stay in the property all the more. Musical performance was so good.

The road to the property can be repaired. The breakfast menu could have more options.

splendid breakfast spread ! room was clean and spacious , the food was overall more than we expected in terms of quality and freshness . The staff under the manager Ms Muskaan was very polite and helpful and took good care of every aspect to make our stay memorable . Overall an excellent experience !

Location too bad, food pathetic considering the rates and no where closer to Indian or rajasthani taste. There was a function going on, and music was very loud, no consideration for the guests who are paying 30k+ per night.

The rooms are very clean, but the common spaces not so much. Lots of pigeons and a general sense of tear and wear.

I was served Substandard Chinese for dinner, it was only Soya sauce, breakfast had no eggs, which 5-7 star property doesn’t procure eggs the day before. The water bottle in the room was stale. I killed 3 crickets in my room At the end of it all I was asked not to rate the hotel under 9 as it would reflect badly on them. Yes I got a free brunch to compensate but I was v upset. I had 24 hrs with my daughter and spent a bomb and this is what I got.

Nice spacious rooms, lots of activities for kids, nice welcome drinks and candies for kids abd on the house popcorn and candy foss was awesome! Staff was very helpful in organising our trips to the nearby temple and Durga.

Service at the buffet could be better

The property is good and has everything you expect from a resort. Food and food options are very good. Good and helping staff everywhere committed to serving you in the best possible way.

Location is too hard to find l, specifically at night time. If you miss a turn then do not follow Google Maps Ask to local person is better. At night it is hard to find people on the road. Maybe on the main turns hotel put up a big sign with some lights on will help first-time time visitors.
