Old rooms, not clean, bad food, staff was unprofessional.

Very disappointing and unprofessional

Falsely rated as 4 stars. Very disappointing stay, went with the intention of relaxing for a day, instead had to fight and argue for hour to get a clean bed with no foul smell. Had no hot water, the swimming pool had no water. They made us wait for sugar for 2 hours. TV never turned on. Lamps were broken.

An excellent property staffed by pleasing staff. It genuinely unwinds and relaxes every pore of your fatigued body. The 360 degree view was amazing abd is the best in the destination. Food was good too...

Breakfast was good, Could have more options to choose from that would be great. A few suggestions to add to the menu include Poha and South Indian Food to suit the tastes of guests.

Food prices are a bit expensive for staying guests could work to make it more affordable, portion size of the dishes too less as per prices Charged.

Property is good. Restaurant staff was good, food was good

Our rooms on 1st day were horrible. Fans not working, basic utility items missing, staff was not responding to mutiple calls, wheelchair footrest missing, no assistance from staff. After escalations, we were changed to chinese rooms which was better

Staff is vary cooperative and helpful

1. It's too costly , 2. Not properly maintained , in few rooms which were constructed earliers private pool is a joke don't rely on pics shared here..we choose this resort because only they offered private pool but we were shocked to see actual size of private pool, not even one person can barely sit comfortably . Few newly constructed rooms have decent size private pool. Food is vary costly. 3. The layout of resort is weird , distance between your room and restaurant, pools is in miles (?) especially if you have been allotted Chinese rooms, also you have to climb quite a number of stairs to reach restaurant and pool which makes it vary difficult if you have small kid with you . I don't know what was going through their mind when constructing this resort, may be owner wanted to create a illusion that this is big resort .

Food quality was extra ordinary and Delicious.Private pool is very good option. Staff is very polite and courteous.Front desk provide personalized service.rooms were neat and clean.Common swimming pool and big green garden is also attractive. Overall hotel is very good for stay.I love to revisit this hotel.

The bed was broken. Taps and shower were not in good state. The boiler was not working.

I upgraded myself to an Egyptian villa with a private pool which was more like a small tub under the sky. it doesn’t even serve the purpose of a jacuzzi, although it is the same size. I was expecting a lot, but didn’t get that much

The location and property was scenic . The property is large enough to roam around.

The rooms were smelly and the room service was not good at all. The food buffet was horribly short n lacked quality n quantity. Their is big issue of electricity cut on n off. Bath towels are full of starch n bleach and huge problem of maintenance

Beautiful location with mountain views in a quiet area set away from the street. Rooms are large and relatively comfortable.

If you advertise a bar, you need to ensure it's operational. Half the facilities were closed during our stay. Possibly due to post-Covid fatigue but still, change what you advertise to consumers. Restaurant was pretty filthy, especially table cloths. Needed a taxi transfer to the next town, which the hotel charged 1500 rupees for, which is a total rip off. Uber would charge approx 500 but the service is somewhat unreliable. As we had a coach to catch at a certain time, this was the safe but very expensive option. New towels would be a good investment, so would be new chairs for the seating areas outside the villas. Just everything is a little neglected and falling apart.

Food was great, staff was courteous.Akshay at reception was extremely helpful n informative.

Bad

Pathetic room service, rooms were not at all cleaned. There were Chameleons in the private pool and rats in the room. Water was dripping from the sealing. A total waste of money.

It’s good if you’re looking for something quiet and secluded. To recharge and recover. And if you’re traveling with a group that can enjoy the resort activities.

Location is quiet away from population and shops. The road to get there is quiet bad. Maybe it’ll be paved soon. No room service and wifi. Bar was also not operational.

SMALEY & SMALL SIZE ROOM ,NOT CLEAN , NOT PROPER LIGHT IN THE ROOM. BATHROOM WAS ALSO NOT CLEAN .HOUSE KEEPING SERICE ARE VERY VERY SLOW.

We stayed in the Arabian Villa with Pool the property offers an isolated holiday experience in these Covid times.

The Villa seemed to be a bit rundown and in definite need of renovation.

Everything was Good ...The amenities , food and the comfort...The staff is damn hard working...Really appreciate their work.... Location is beautiful too....

If possible they should provide room services I.e if possible the food should be provided in the room to avoid the gathering of people
