Our recent stay at Pratap Mahal was nothing short of exceptional, creating memories that we will cherish. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of unparalleled hospitality and genuine warmth.The beauty of Pratap Mahal itself is breathtaking. The architecture beautifully reflects the rich heritage of Rajasthan, and the meticulously maintained grounds offer a serene and tranquil escape.However, what truly elevated our stay to an unforgettable level was the remarkable staff. Every single member of your team we encountered was attentive, courteous, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction.We would particularly like to commend Jitendra,shubham and many others which i don't remember the names. Their professionalism and genuine smiles made us feel truly valued as guests.The guy at swimming pool was absolutely brilliant, as he organised everything for us while we're there everyday that we stayed ❤️. Looking forword to visit this place very soon.

Hghly skilled, polite and helping taff (my thanks to the incredible chef!)This hotel represents authentic Indian culture, art and architecture, with remarkable marble artefacts and beautiful gardens. It is a place of calmness and harmony, where you can really rest body and mind.The rooms are spacious and made of wooden and marble elements, with all needed amenities included.

Staff at the restaurants was great. Local folk singers were great too. Food is excellent. Property is beautiful and calm.

I feel the pillows and bed needed to be dusted properly. I went to bet late (at around 3:30 - 4 am). I started coughing because of the pillows/ Possible dust in them, and the mattress. Since it was late I did not bother anyone. Also, the room given to me felt far far away. Perhaps if I was given a room closer it would have been more clean. Because of the issues I had with the bed I am not giving it full stars, otherwise it was a nice stay. Gym was mediocre, equipment needs work.Rooms need a makeover.

There’s a long list of: It’s not a heritage property to begin with It’s very noisy ; u can literally hear what’s happening in the next room There’s no continuous hot water for which we had to repeatedly ask the staff ( who did actually everything in their capacity to help us but the fault was technical and kept on recurring)The food is ok ok , would not say that it’s bad but it’s not great either And above all it’s the first Taj property which is not actually a heritage property but posing to be one . It just has a cosmetic appearance of a heritage property but nothing more Would never want to stay here

Absolutely exceptional service - every single person there from the manager to the waiters went out of their way to make our trip great. Really outstanding. They also had a complimentary premium darshan service which made it so convenient to visit the famous Brahma templeGreat food - had dinner and breakfast and both were great! Fantastic location - it's surrounded by hills and greenery on all sides and just 20 minutes from the temple

The Mughal styling is a bit over the top so while the rooms are large and clean, they felt a bit old

The rooms are lovely, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is nice and spacious. The whole property is very luxurious and we were made to feel special for staying there. We had a barking dog in the room next to us but the staff were very apologetic and tried their best to make it right with us. Even gave us snacks and water to take with us on our way to the next accommodations.

We went there at the end of our the trip and after two nights in Pushkar. The welcome, the kindness of the attentive staff make is feel very comfortable. We enjoyed the calm and beauty of the park, surrounded by monkeys and birds.Breakfast was excellent with a lot of fresh Indian food.The staff from the restaurant also insisted to prepare us a breakfast to take away for our very early check out and train journey. Wich was highly appreciated.

Location , tea in the morning was fantastic, best tea in Indu’s, gentleman serving was extremely attentive

I was booked a delux room by booking.com and I choose sweet room while I reached at Pratap Mahal. And paid same price for that room. They were not possible to reduce charges in their system as per changed room. So improve it online booking rules on booking.com by ur organization. Anyways, there are no any big issue. We really very very enjoyed there. No words for Pratap Mahal. Amazing place, cleaning, swimming pool, park area, breakfast. Everything was fantastic. You have to improve entertainment, like music of live traditional show & reduce the spa charges.

Mr. Brijender, Ms. Divya, Ms. Sapna from the restaurant & Mr. Ankit from the front desk & Mr. Mahender Rathor from the house keeping was exceptionally good and knowledgeable in their work area.

1. It was not value for money at all.

Initially, when we booked, we werent aware that Pratap Mahal is a Taj property. I had informed them that it was anniversary occasion, so that we could have a comfortable family stay. They instantly upgraded our room and even decorated it.Property is very beautiful.If you wake up early, you can see Chef and staff feeding fruits to many peacocks ? every morning, who come wandering off from the nearby forest area, in the rainy season. Whole team of front desk Mr. Rajesh, Shivam, Chef Ritesh, Divya are wonderful and very warm.Even, there is a representative of Taj at Pushkar Temple, who will help you in getting VIP darshan, without getting looted as a tourist (that has otherwise, become a local practice at every religious place).We had a smooth Darshan of jagatpita Bhramha, Pushkar sarovar, and peacefully offered our puja. Mr. Ajay even guided us, where to have good food, and what to shop from the local market.Overall, it was a delightful experience. And we feel grateful to the whole team of Pratap Mahal Taj.Rooms have mountain view, of which, we could catch the glimpse of cloud overcasted with mild rainfall.Although, the complete food is scrumptious, but try mouth melting upma made in Desi ghee, pyaz kachori, beetroot bhature, pithora methi, specially requested methi mirchi Naan, gulkand barfi, daal makhni, and mirchi vada.

Dining hall interior can be more vernacular.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Wonderful food! Over all, the best hotel ever!

Quick checking in and out. Friendly staff. Decoration. Far from cities. If needed for anything, Azmer is close by, 15 km approx.

We arrived at around 4 pm. Only snacks were available at that time.Nothing else.A play zone for the kids would be a must.My kid added: There were too many insects, it would be a pleasure if there were fewer insects.

Staff was like hell.. they even don't attend the call and we was trying calling 50times after our order..
