Worst ever experience with Ananta Pushkar.

The managemnet of the hotel is worse. It seems that the front desk staff have never received any training on customer relations. Rude staff, stinking rooms, non-cooperative hotel staff. It was a 2-night 3 3-day nightmare for my family. They ruined my vacation after charging us so heavily. Will never recommend anyone to visit this property.

The hotel offered excellent food and a very good view, which I really enjoyed.

The pool was small, and the reception team was average in their service. Additionally, there was a religious festival nearby, which caused noise all night and affected my sleep. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some positives and some drawbacks

In room monkey came, we called Security, but no security person reached to room for two hours. in Resturant, we ordered pizza in that Plastic peace came. We requested to Chef to check it. He admitted the mistake, but after that, promise to serve one pizza in the room and when we ordered from the room, he said when you will come next time, we will serve you. in room, we asked for a regular coffee pouches. He said he don’t have. This was also surprising.

perfect location for us. away from the crowd but not too away from the main market.

The hospitality of thos place was top notch. Staff was extremely sweet and responsive. I went with my parents and they had a really good time. It was peaceful and resort was well maintained. Breakfast buffet was amazing. We had dinner too and it was also good.

What they charge and what they provide in terms of property with litterelly no activitives for kids dissapointed me.

Avoidable. Look for good options nearby.

We booked through Booking.com and after checking in we were given the worst tent (412) , along the property boundary and next to rubbish of the hotel.We protested and then only we were shifted to another tent and were charged significant additional charges.We had booked for 3 days but due to health issues we requested check out after 2 days. These guy were so rigid and without any consideration of our real concern / reason for early checkout , they refused to accommodate us on ONE day refund - they outright rejected it! Moreover, while checking out after 2nd day they even tried charging additional amount for 3rd night!!! Only after my protest they removed it. They tried a Fraud right there , even after agreement with Mr Bobbie Vivek on earlier night , but thankfully I noticed that.I think I can easily say - these guys are cheaters.I do not recommend stay at this property. Much hyped and overrated place. Just avoid and select other good places nearby.Moreover , Monkey menace is very unsettling. We did not feel safe in sitting out or for an early morning walk in the premises.

Room size was very small and we choose mountain view which wasn’t given. Alot of wear and tear in rooms.

Beautiful Indonesian style resort and spa and great food and bar. Breakfast was great and staff were lovely and considerate at the restaurant area.

About 10 min drive from pushkar lake. Some of the rooms are a distance from lobby but they do provide a golf buggy

The food was very good and rooms were clean. Property is very beautiful.Breakfast had so many options to choose from.really like the vibe of the whole place.will surely come back soon.thank you so much ?

We really loved our stay at this property. A little away from the center it is situated in lush green hills and the rooms make ou feel like you are in a nature retreat in the jungle. All staff are super friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Overall one of our best stays while travelling India and 10/10

The pool at night was lovely . Very nice life music

The pool during the day had noisy music so we couldn’t relax not make work calls . The staff wanted to check the from when we left , the room was of course ok but I don’t like this practice . This was the one only hotel in our India trip that did this .

The food is great. The restaurant staff is excellent & very accommodating. They took care of us very well. The service at the restaurant was great. 10/10The location is fabulous and the property is beautiful.

The check-in process was stressful. Staff was unaware of the third party booking app user interface and asked us to pay for the rooms that was already paid for. After talking to a senior they did the check-in formalities. No one accompanied us to show where the rooms were and when we couldn't find the room, we had to go back to the reception to ask for someone to accompany us. When we reached to our rooms, one of the room that was assigned was not ready. So they asked us to wait and after 20+ minutes of waiting, we inquired & they told us they will give another room. I had to wait another 10+ minutes. The bathroom at the new room smelled so bad. Even after they used the air freshner, the bathroom had a foul smell and it was extremely unpleasant every time it had to be used.

Lift not working Problem in locating rooms Room amenities missing like 1. Shaving kit2. Bathroom sleepers3. Iron Dinner is delicious but room service dinner served without napkin’s

Location of the property and its greenry. Monsoon season added charm to the landscaping and its aura.

Balcony should be bigger as it cant fit more than a group of 4.
