Good location , clean, nice rooms

Breakfast was just ok. Not bad by any means but just average

The staff, the proximity to the sea, the buffet, the pool area.

We had no balcony and a view of the parking lot.

The hotel has a great location and comfortable amenities, but the pool was colder than expected, which was a bit disappointing. However, the restaurant stood out with its delicious and healthy food, making up for it. Overall, a decent stay for the price, but the pool could be better!

pool was cold, and despite multiple complaints, the reception never sent a technician to fix it. Worse, on several occasions, they didn’t even answer calls from the room. When I went to the reception myself, I found the staff flirting with each other while the phone was ringing, completely ignoring guests.For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and attentiveness left a bad impression. Would not return unless they seriously improve their customer service.

I had a very comfortable room with a deck and view of the Bay of Puck. The breakfast was excellent.

Location,rich breakfast, every day a little bit different - with local products, fish…..super !!

The saunas were not working, when complained we were told that it should have been booked in advance but no one told us before. The cleaning lady on a second day was moody ( the first day was different and nice)

I paid for a superior double room with bay views. In other words, a lot.It came with a crappy sofa-bed that was very badly worn and would not have looked out of place in an op-shop. I mean….REALLY ??!!!

Nice hotel . Fair location if you’re not into wind sports . Great view of the bay .

Over priced and would say 3 not 4 star ⭐️ Mattress to soft toilet roll to cheep and breakfast mediocre ! for over £300 a night I expected better ?

We were traveling in low season (winter time) so it was peaceful and quiet. Location - straight access to promenade and the Bay. Beautiful View (recommend to choose the room with a bay viewy). Very Good Restaurant - tasty food. Good breakfast. Spa area (but is rather small and could be busy in peak season)

Interior is a little bit outdated. Water in swimming pool could be a bit warmer. No wine glass in the rooms .

The hotel serves very good breakfast - there is wide variety of optionds available. I especially enjoyed freshly squeezed juices. The hotel has great facilities and a nice restaurant.

Value for money may not be the case for the hotel. It offers very pleasant stay for its clients but the rates are rather expensive.

This was such a nice stay! The hotel is not even a minute from the beach, you can go for a very long stroll to the next village etc. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of continental and local foods. You could also order other meals and dishes and the restaurant is amazing, the chef does such a great job.There’s also a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a steam room, and it’s such a nice serene place. There weren’t a lot of guests while I stayed so I really had a place all to myself. The room is very pleasant, everything is new and comfy. Would definitely recommend!

There were some maintenance works on the upper floor so during the day you could hear some constructions noise, but it’s probably temporary before the hot season.
