- The jet spray was broken, moreover AC was not working, Also the comforter was not cleaned & seemed like it was already used by somebody else.The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There were gutters outside the hotel & were stinking a lot, We couldn’t roam a little bit outside for a walk after the dinner.

We arrived at 2am in the morning but the staff was at our room door asking for payment at 6am in the morning. Even our payment mode was to pay at the time of check our. Experience was very bad
Staff behaviour, location, value for money. They tried to provide all possible amenities welcome kit, dental kit, water, wifi, breakfast everything.
The owner was spoke rudely. (He is a CA, was available at the property in morning while we were checking out). He asked extra money if I pay from credit card. Cleanliness was 8/10. Can be improved. Breakfast options can be improved.
Location and comfort was ok. Staff was as helpful as possible.
It's listed as "with parking" but the parking is under the sky on the roadside. They say "breakfast included" but at the time of breakfast you can only have 2 items and 2 in quantity for eg 2 idli or 2 Vada or 1 idli + 1 Vada. No dosa no tea. Pay for everything. That was not a really nice end to the stay. Maybe they will improve.
