Booking provides city as PORT BLAIR insted of DHULE. Newspaper, breakfast, mineral water, wifi are the facilities not known to hotel staff. LIFT is out of order for years for a third floor hotel, not recommanded for senior citizens

Not a single thing

Lift, AC, Flush not working at all. Hotel on second floor. At the Age of 65 walk by staircase not possible. AC working with heavy water leakage. Wash room Flush not working Bad smell in the room.Room was not clean. Blanket so many small holes. Drinking water charge by property.

Worse and Never Visit

Everything. Rooms were not clean and not family friendly. Bathroom didn't even have lights. And manager and receptionist had very bad attitude toward us.

In Bathroom very dirty smell. Hotel staff is rude. Room not clean properly. I ask to hotel staff ac isn't working staff ignore it and told me to get adjust.

They did not take my booking they said its full no reservation is made where as i already made the reservation

One of the worst....bedsheets not cleaned. Rooms not cleaned, lack of water supply...etc

Cleanliness zero,Room size is too small.Though it mentioned TV included, none of the room had TV working (as per owner/receiptionist) TV are not working in any room.AC temperature was set on 16 degree still it was not cooling. Most of the time there was power cutNo ventilation in the room.Bathroom not cleanedBedsheet and pillow cover had spots on it.

बुकिंग डॉट कॉम वरून बुकिंग केलं. हॉटेलमध्ये पोचल्यावर मालकाने रूम द्यायला नकार दिला तो म्हणाला आम्ही 1500/- रुपयांच्या खाली रूम देऊ शकत नाही. वेबसाईटला ज्या किमतीमध्ये रूम दाखवत होते त्या किमतीमध्ये मी बुकिंग केलं होतं मालकाचे वर्तन अत्यंत उर्मटपणाचं होतं.

Rooms are well maintained and neat and clean. Hotel staff is helpful and kind. The place was easily accessible by public transport. I thoroughly enjoyed my time during the stay.

An amazing room with quality furniture was given to us post a hassle free check-in. I had fun during my stay in this hotel. Well spoken staff was great to interact with. Hotel was well maintained and properly cleaned too.

Worst stay ever

The worst hotel i ever stayed in, not at all clean, pictures says something else, AC of my room was so noisy, there were no hot water, no breakfast on time, wifi was mentioned in list but was not available in hotel. I also call Booking.com customer care but that lady who was talking to said, she will call me back once talk to hotel but she never called again. Please refund my money.

Didn't tried breakfast, location is good

Linen and covers my were not clean as per necessity and no drinking water served as well as towels and soap etc. Facility were unavailable. Requested for tax invoice - but it's denied by hotel manager as it was booked online.
