The room and facilities are really nice

Breakfast was terrible. Poor variety of salads.. There was no cappuccino included in the breakfast hence we ordered and paid extra however it was very badly prepared and very low quality.

Wellness (pool, sauna, spa) very good. Private parking. Location in a walking distance to a center. Tasty dinner and breakfast.

Old equipment, some furniture needs investments and refurbishment (toilet, wash-basin, wardrobe…). Missing kettle & tea/coffee. Personnel not english speaking.

Small confusion with last minute dinner requirements. Practically not possible to have dinner a,la,card but food was lovely in general.

The hotel interior was great with wooden materials. And facilities outdoor sauna & relaxation room was good for us to relax.

Jacuzzi was just pool with warm salty water. And indoor sauna was not working.Breakfast doesn't have various options to enjoy.And all workers contacted with couldn't speak in English.

So thats easily the best hotel I ever stay in.Peoples that work there are amazing; helpful, friendly and warm but also super professional.I love the place and I definitely come back to next year.Its something magical about the place, the smell of cedar wood and the impossible mix of modern and classic... The garden... Really lovely swimming pool and stunning outdoor sauna.When you eat a breakfast in they beautiful dining room you feel like in old movie... Its very classic and have romantic vibe, and nice view over the garden as well.Food is great, facilities are stunning - I could stay there forever... If you want an escape from busy life that hotel is just perfect for it.Especially during the week as its very quiet there ?

Our stay at the Alpejski Boutique Hotel was wonderful. The hotel offers breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were excellent, including a spa, saunas, hot tub, and pool. Additionally, free parking was available, which was very convenient. The hotel's location is ideal, being close to all major routes and the city center.We also enjoyed the delicious cocktails and the friendly, attentive staff. A delightful highlight was the hotel's friendly resident cat, who added a cozy, homey touch to our stay. The beautiful green garden surrounding the hotel was a perfect place to relax and take in the serene environment. Overall, everything was great, and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The interior design elements are so well thought through that each should serve as an examples for other small hotels. More often than not we typically stay at 4-5 star international hotel chains, yet this hotel clearly can compete even with the best.

Very nice hotel with a good wellnes. Gorgeous garden.Tasty breakfast.Decent location.Veeery kind young waitress in the restaurant / bar.

Some info was lacking (e.g. that no dinner possible on Sunday). Breakfast starting at 8am. I.e. not good for an early hike while difficult conversation with a lady at the reception to find an alternative (not EN speaking, czesko-polski did not work well)

Very friendly staff, comfort, tasty and rich breakfast, a spectacular garden, wellness centre with jacuzzi and saunas. Great nature and woods around.

It is 4* rating but there were a few details which should not occur - a damaged switch of the bed lamp, a wash-basin with little spots (abrasions), no shoehorn...but these details did not spoil our stay.

Nice and stylish (Austrian Alps hotel lookalike) place. Rooms are spacious and very clean. And they also look good.Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, it will be even better if they speak some more english :-) Hotel is located quite near the "center" (if Karpacz has something like a center) so most of the points of interest are in the walking distance.I'd recommend hotel pool and sauna. It was awesome and we had used it every day.Also restaurant was good and we enjoyed every food we ordered.

This place is amazing. Family and pets friendly. Great food, nice staff, beautiful leasure facilities adn grea spa services. The value for money is accurate. We only stayed one night, but I know I'll come back soon. Tomas

Sauna In the garden

Both Saunas were swichted off before 20 o’clock so we asked to prolong times of heating to 21 pm. No problems with that.

Nice and quiet hotel, attentive staff. Great selection and quality of meals. Georgeous, spaciour and curated garden.

The wellness area and the fitness room were not as great as the rest of the hotel.

Everything met or exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and met every request I made for anything additional promptly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The staff was very nice and helpful - both in the hotel and in the restaurant. My room was spacy and cozy. I nejoyed staying in the hotel.

Rooms were nice, warm and spacious! Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great, big selection to make everyone happy. Nice that there's a SPA available, gym & a little wind down room with comfy beds. The reception staff was nice and helpful!

SPA could've been a little bit better - there was cold water in the jacuzzi the whole time and the stairs in the pool are not very visible so you can trip easily when coming out (what caused some bruising unfortunately). We purchased the massages at the SPA and we weren't particularly happy - the massage therapists didn't speak English so there was no communication whatsoever and I feel like this is quite important to have a little interview before a massage so you can target the areas you struggle with the most. Would be nice to have an opportunity to be in the same room with your partner as well.

Breakfast was exceptional, variety of choices, everything was super fresh and home made, breakfast area is just superb. The most magical sauna with a beautiful view. Overall the wellness area is very nice.Gym could have been little bit better equipped and the bathrooms in the rooms renovated, for such hotel I would also add body lotion and hair conditioner to the basic equipment.
