Spa was really top notch, rest zone with a view to forest and over a river that's really amazing! And for the overall size of the hotel the spa itself was really spacious. Tasty breakfast and always smiling staff. This wasn't our last time here. ?

The location. Quiet, calm, and stunning location. The stream just outside the window with sounds of water. The view, to the Kopa and Śnieżka moiuntains. Rooms are exactly as should be- clean and comfortable). Excellent, rich and tasty breakfast, with a lot of variety between meet, diary, eggs, kinds of bread, cold or warm. The best coffee I have tried for breakfast (at least in Karpacz).

There is nothing to be left here. Sauna was not on, but fully my fault, didn't noticed need to announce a day in advance. Nothing, literally nothing I would change, correct or improve.

Excellent location, impeccably clean rooms, great breakfast, very friendly staff and most important: AMAZING spa which I recommend to everyone (please let the staff know in advance that you want to use it). Will definitely be back and recommend this place to all our friends.

The room was nice, excellent location with river by the hotel. The spa was also quite nice and so was breakfast.

Staff spoke no English although they were extremely helpful and nice. No lift. Lack of electric sockets and toilet had hair in it on checking in. It could have been cleaned better. No elevator.

Cozy and clean room, looks like recently renovated. The crew speaks only basic english, but we got all the necessary information we needed. The centre of the town is about 10-15 minutes walk away.Plenty of breakfast, even when there are so few guests, that only continental breakfast is served. You still get everything, maybe more than enough.

Our room was next to the street lighting and with the curtains, we couldn't make dark in the room. There were no dustbin in the room, but it was still fine.

A small hotel with a family -like approach. They prepared a really nice Easter breafast for all the guests.

Very clean room including modern bathroom. Room was spacious and cozy. There was a small river under the window, it was nice. Also the location is perfect - shop behind a corner, 10 minutes walking from the town center, and nature is just across the street. Great for a hiking round trip to Snezka, directly from the hotel. The receptionist was very kind and nice. Breakfast was delicious.

The wellness is opened every day just between 17:00 and 20:00, also they turn on the sauna just on demand with waiting time 40 minutes.The hotel restaurant was closed, but it's not a problem as there are plenty of various restaurants around.

Good communication prior to arrival, location, cleanliness, spa facilities

Room was quite small for a suite and we've been asked to not use the top floor of the suite since it was 2 of us staying there, old towels , late breakfast

The location, the staff always kind and helpful, the room was very comfortable and breakfast food was really good!

The room didn't have blackout curtains. My suggestion should be if they can install them so it would be easier to rest during the night to avoid waking up so early in the morning.
