Hotel Dziki Potok Karpacz

Spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, fast wifi, desk with chair, sofa. Variety of great food for breakfast and several options for a dinner. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent.It is possible to actively spend time by playing table tenis, billiard, swimming pool, sauna (several types).Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The place is quite and warm. Good saunal

The room is a bit dark and outdated. The bed was too soft. Breakfast was not too bad, but there is no much to chose. When we check in a lady at the reception did not say that parking costs 50 zl for 2 days, they should notify at the beginning what If I have no money

I found it quite strange to have no tea - coffee and kettle in the room.This should be treated, nowadays,as basics.Also, hotel guests should be provided for free dressing gowns and extra towels, as it is a Spa hotel!

Bad

Will never come back, just because some of the staff was very unpleasant.And if you are thinking arriving late when it says in their policy that they have 24 hour front desk, keep in mind, that you might wait few hours in the middle of the night for the receptionist to take her nap. Paid quite some money for two nights + additionaly for parking and dogs, and still in the end didn't have a proper rest after our long journey. Also we tried contacting Booking in the middle of the night, trying to find some help or any solution, spent more than 100€ on the phone call, just for them to try and call the front desk, even though I let them know that the phone is left and ringing on the front desk.

Good location.Swimming pool, sauna, billiard, table tennis (free).

Not various and poor breakfast and dinner, but it can be OK for 1-2 days stay. Only water on dinner.The room requires cosmetic fixes.No kettle in the room.

The room was very clean, (Thank you Klaudia), the staff on the Fron Desk and Restaurant was very friendly and the breakfast was nice with a good selection of food. The heating was really good, as well as the view of the rooms. Definitey would reccomend it.

We ate at the restaurant every day, of our stay. We ordered everyday the same dish and drinks. The dishes and the juices came different every day. Also the steam bath was closed and the saunas are open only after 5 p.m.

Location (it's on the steep hill), nice views, close to open ski slope at the time, and hiking spots. Very clean, nice breakfast. The dinner menu was okay. Lovely personel. Room with balcony. Saunas with small pool and SPA facilities on site

I would like a kettle in the room

We had a two-bedroom apartment, which was very spacious. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The spa area was very good. Breakfast was fantastic, including Polish food.

The beds in one of the bedrooms were positioned under a sloping ceiling, which caused some head bumps. The blinds on the bedroom windows were not blackout blinds.

Beautiful locations, very nice staff, good rooms, outside eating area and sauna.

It’s a bit old fashioned, could be renovated. Rooms supposed to be soundproofed but they were not.

Lovely hotel at a great price, free parking, friendly staff and 24 hours front desk open.I would always stay here again if I was in the area and hopefully next time the weather would be better.

The bed was a little hard but after a hard day it didnt really matter!

I like the included facilities like the billiard, pool, jacuzzi and different kinds of saunas. Food was exceptionally delicious. Nice attitude to my dog. Really quiet surroundings. Will totally recommend to my friends

It was snowing and no one was cleaning the parking spots.

Everything was great. Is quite, very clean, breakfast is rich and extra delicious, large room and clean comfortable spa. You need to go about 20 minutes up from the last bus stop (but it still was fine and quite overall, closer to walking trails and some ski slopes).The view from the breakfast room is spectacular! (Not from my room, but it was cheapest room and other side of the hotel)

No kettle in room, some personal do not speak English.

Room was facing street is noisy, especially early morning where the trash bins are emptied! I guess they had some issue with electricity, fridge works only when you are in, hairdryer works for one-two minutes

The hotel and surroundings has exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect, clean and cosy. Breakfast was delicious with a nice view on the mountains. The hotel is situated outside the center which was a big plus for us and great spot for visiting the area and mountain paths.

We only booked one night stay and didn't have chance to use the spa and welness

Excellent food and facilities (Swimming Pool, Sauna and Spa). The view from the rooms is amazing. Everything was clean. The reception lady on 19th Sep was very nice and helpful. Would love to visit again.
