- Terrible experience
Cons -
- early morning service support was a bit challenge but we managed
- No phone in the roomCleanlinessMenu
- Rooms were dirty. We sought to change to AC room. We were told that we have to pay Rs 500extra per room which we agreed. After we shifted to the room, we were told the charges would be 1000 extra. We were forced to pay by the owner as we did not want to shift back to even dirtier room. As I could see there were no other guests in the hotel. The sealing of the room was not proper. Insects could enter the room even though closed. No wardrobe was available. No intercom was available. There was no mobile signal too. So one had to come reception to order or complaint.

The location was good
The rooms were not clean and after informing that hygiene needs to be maintained . the bedsheets were not clean and curtains were also not clean and hence lot of mosquitoes in the room
The Location of the property is quite good, only 700m away from Kaas Plateau main gate. There are Kids Game Zone and the mini adventure park, If maintained well this will be a good choice for Family stay.
1)There were no wifi and intercom Facility in the room, as the Rooms are quite at distance from reception, for any order we need to wait for some one from staff to show up at room.2) Washrooms were not cleaned, both the inside room and the common one which was near the restaurant. The common one i feel is never cleaned. Which should be the first priority as it will be used mostly by the persons visiting for Only restaurant.3) Staff was not adequate for the capacity of the rooms.
The location is very good. The staff is polite
Very badly maintained property. Bathrooms, linen etc were not clean.
Location is fantastic
At night 10 pm hotel room service knock my room to test the door keys of some other room and disturb my sleep. The hotel staff need to be more professional when dealing with guest
