Hotel Radiance

Spacious room. We had booked two rooms. One executive and the other was a Deluxe room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. However, the menu was repeated.

Deluxe room toiletries were limited (no dental kit or comb, no toilet tissue - only soaps were provided). There was some smell in the Deluxe room, and they immediately changed it. The rooftop restaurant was so so.

While I was en route they cancelled my booking. When I got there they turned me away.

They could have let me have a room.

Morning breakfast is fresh, delicious and healthy too, Dinner Decor was very beautiful, giving positive vibes.

Nothing to say ,

At the last min, hotel called and said no room was available, even though I got booking confirmation

CENTRALLY LOCATED HAS A GOOD RESTAURANT & BARGOOD AND NEAT PLACE

BOOKING.COM HAS MENTIONED THAT THE ROOM I BOOKED HAS A BALCONYHOWEVER THERE WAS NO BALCONY IN MY ROOMTHE OWNER CONFIRMED THAT NONE OF THE ROOMS HAD A BALCONYON BEING CONFRONTED THAT AS PER BOOKING.COM IT IS STATED THAT BALCONY IS PRESENT, THE OWNER HAS STATED THAT WE ARE NOT AWARE THAT THE WEBSITE HAS MENTIONED PRESENCE OF BALCONY AND HAS CONFIRMED THAT WE HAVE NEVER COMMUNICATED TO BOOKING.COM THAT OUR PROPERTY HAS BALCONYTHIS CREATES CONFUSION AMONGST THE GUESTS AND MISLEADING INFORMATION IS SHARED AMONGST THE TRAVELLER COMMUNITY

It's location is in center of town but with so much of traffic noise, this good became bad

Almost everythingRoom was cramped and bed was not comfortable For room cleaning next day , they only arranged the bed No removal of utensils or cleaning of washroom or tables

Location is OK near to the central area but it is by the side of an elevated road and surrounding is not very pleasant.

We booked an Executive double bed room and your site was saying it has one more futon bed because of which we booked this room as we were travelling with a baby, but in reality futon bed is not there and Hotel management said they don't have that kind of extra bed in any of their rooms.Parking area is very limited and not adequate to park own vehicles.

After we reached the hotel they said your place is not available we can't give you room if we don't have any room almost kicked us out so don't ever book this hotel again anyone

Breakfast was average

Cleanliness, room catering and housekeeping. The driver sleep area was infested with mosquitoes with no fans.

Safety and hygiene not there , why is listed on booking.com?

Safety - exposed electrical wire hanging in room , hot water mixer not functioning ( where do you run while taking a bath when steaming hot water Does not stop ? Informed the receiption but no response . Hygiene - rooms not clean , fan with all dark edges not cleaned for months , bucket and mug are stained. Safety and security - All staff sleeps in receiption and restobar , so it is not couple friendly as girl and lady can not walk in to hotel after 10:00 till 0700 hrs ( we wanted to go for morning walk. And. We had to give it as we had to crossed the receiption. With such a site , the sofa upholstery is torn. They put sheet to cover it all days .

Breakfast Staff coordination.

Wifi internet lot if troubles.Always ask for new I'd and which is consuming lot of time.

Staff was very courteous and prompt.

Room size and cleanliness not so good

It was easily accessible, clean and comfortable. Food was good

Ambience, hygiene, food, staff - all excellent.

Room service can start before 7 am. Else, they can have tea, coffee, and milk powder with drinking water kettle in rooms for those guests who want to leave / go out very early.

Nothing extraordinary... Average.

The restaurant staff... Took 20 minutes to serve a cup of tea... Gave lame excuses for delay... Buffet wasn't replenished on time... Had to leave breakfast halfway...

Room rent very expensive, breakfast not included, first floor room is next to staff room, noise disturbance, and loud music played in the corridor AA

The room was quite good and clean. Spacious than we had expected

The room wasn't actually thoroughly cleaned. There was dust and a few cob webs. It was cleaned immediately after informing however was a lil turn offAlso the restaurant is not even worth 1 star. The food is below average. They'll always make mistakes in your order

Cleanliness inside the property.

Location. Very congested, had very difficult time to park my car. While booking, we chose the costliest hotel shown at the site of Booking.com but the experience is other way. Booking.com site does not show many other very good hotels at Ahmedanagar which we saw while passing by. I understand their rates are also on the lower side.

THe wooden interiors in the room, the comfort of the room, clean toilets
