Radisson Hotel Nola Naples

Statf Location

Room was very clean and large, bathroom was rather tight with no shelves for Make-up cases etc.

Nice hotel, free parking, nice interior.

It was very hot and you could not adjust the thermostat.

Breakfast was excellent w very friendly staff that made us feel like family

Nola is a very beautiful city and the Radisson hotel is in the right location and the service is great clean hotel room great staff love it there

very good clean and cosy

a little poor breakfast

We stayed at this hotel twice during our stay and it was perfect. Great staff, clean and modern, free parking, modern gym with state of the art equipment and superb food options. The restaurants offer variety and quality and breakfast is one of the best we had on the trip. Just perfect.

Thank you for upgrading us to a Junior Suite. We were very comfortable on our last day of our vacation. Warm regards to the entire Team. Poonam Haresh Gidwani

Junior Suite. Warm welcome and hospitality. Delicious good spread for Breakfast. Will book Radisson Hotels for our future vacations too.

The hotel looked new. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. They had many options...eggs, bacon, sausage, meats and cheese, yogurt, cereal, pastries, fresh juice and of course cappuccino. There was also two restaurants and a coffee shop.

The AC could have been a little cooler but it wasn't terrible.

The hotel has really pleasant and easy-going staff. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean.

At the end of my stay an Invoice was sent to another person's e-mail. This aroused concern about the way the staff manages my personal information.

The stock up of water bottles and coffee

The person who designed the bathroom has clearly never taken a shower before. The door couldn't close properly and keep the water inside. Everytime we showered, it basically flooded the entire bathroom. The shower head and the shelves are placed in an awkward manner such that you hit yourself everytime you move

Happy that it was just one night stay.

There were ants in the room. I put my cat's food on the ground and when I looked in the morning there were so many ants everywhere! Moreover, the shower was very bad in water pressure and quality…

Breakfast fabulous, great bar, great snacks, great location next to grocery store

I need bannisters on the stairs

Very good breakfast and other restaurant options (Michelin star restaurant that can be accessed from hotel)

Nothing to mention. All was just perfect

Poor all round. More for corporate visitors

Bathroom smelt of smoke , shower with no door flooded the floor making it very slippy. Noisy bathroom fan, difficult parking access due to cars parked out front.Expensive attached restaurant with limited choice for vegetarians

Easy access from the high way. Comfortable bed.

Parking access was difficult and the room was dirty.

Most things were good, as expected. Breakfast was nice

Rooms kind of outdated, restaurant menu expensive

The staff are exceptionally wonderful and professional! We can't say enough! The hotel is impeccably clean! The location is just off the highway.

The noisy bar. We could hear the D.J. music and the crowd from the 3rd floor. Both Saturday and Sunday night.

The kindness of the staff, the breakfast variety, the gym is well equipped

There is clearly a water evacuation problem as the water in the bathroom did not drain well and the floor was quickly flooded when taking a shower. In the room there is a green emergency light above the door that does not go off and this bothered me as I like to sleep in absolute dark
