The location, the staff, and the breakfast.

The bathroom could have been just a bit bigger.

Beautiful location, very nice and caring staff, great food at the restaurant, gorgeous view, quiet, easy to access from the highway. It was perfect for my needs. I was grateful for the care from the staff- both at reception and in the restaurant. I would stay again if I was in the area.

What a perfect getaway in a beautiful area of Saxony. A quaint absolutely lovely and pleasant hotel. What a beautiful view from every window. Such a hospitable staff always happy to help you with a smile. Great restaurant for soup, or just wine on the porch, or a lovely meal for dinner. Food was excellent.Just a drive away from many beautiful sites in Saxony.Had a wonderful time here and I can't recommend strongly enough how perfect this hotel is for a lovely vacation.Not to be missed.

Perfect location & landscape really quiet, clean, kindness of the staff, and great breakfast ?

The staff were very nice. The food in the restaurant was good and the view is great.

It was difficult to get there without a car, and later in the day. The toilet is very small.

Romantic location, charming room, very polite staff.

Bathroom was a little cramped

The environment is very nice and relaxing. There is forest around that makes this place special. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The hotel has an excellent chef, the dinner was fabulous, especially the Szegediner Gulasch. Thank you.

The breakfast was not good quality, especially the pastries. Coffee was not tasty. The mattresses on the beds are very hard, not easy to sleep on them. The waitresses did not speak English at all that made it difficult for us to order food.

Augustusberg is a lovely family run hotel with views to the mountains. The staff are extremely friendly and there is a sauna (with bathrobes available from reception as part of the room rate). The food was superb and portions are very generous. The bed is very large and comfortable and we slept very well.

The room decor is a bit dated and could do with a refresh.

The place situated on the top and the view is amazing. The restaurant’s windows look straight down the valley. Bathroom had floor heating which wqs wonderful on a December night. The staff is friendly and professional. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable.

The mattresses were very no comfortable. We found it hard to sleep.

The hotel is beautiful and the stuff is very warm and welcoming.The area is nature and woods and so beautiful. The hotel has a very good restaurant and a lovely relaxing design.

Very well located hotel with extensive attractive views. The rooms were a good size, well furnished, clean and well appointed.

The outdoor dining area was contaminated with people smoking outside but under the awning
