Location

Dinner was not available since the restaurant was not working. This was not informed earlier either when we checked in.Had to visit the town late night just to have dinner. Card payment facility was not offered during settlement of bill. Only After arguing with the reception staff they offered the card payment facility. Overall not satisfied with the facilities offered for the price you pay.

Staff behaviour and restaurant foods are superb.tasty foods

Poor wifi connection

Room was excellent and also very clean. But the location is far from the main tourist destination and also the breakfast was not kids friendly.

As they haven't provided breakfast with our booking but except us they provided to all others with direct booking to property as we booked through booking.com. Anyway next time, we are not interested with your service . Food was very bad & expensive . We taken from them only lunch and fed up

The property and location. The staff were courteous. Value for money. Superb view of the mountains.

Loud music in front of the room in ground floor.

The room was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Food was freshly prepared and tasty. Free parking was available. Room service was prompt and good.

TV remote was not working. Shower room was not fully closed and so water was spilling all over the toilet. Locker facility was not available. Mini refrigerator was not available. Lift was not operational. Breakfast should have been provided early so that valuable time is not lost for sight seeing.

Food menu could have had more options as the hotel is the only source for the guest to have good food in & out the location.

Rooms were neat and tidy. As the hotel was new , toilet and rooms were clean. Rooms were spacious also. Mountain view rooms were good, we could enjoy the mountains from the balcony and the mornings views of fog cladded mountains was a treat to watch. Hotel staff particularly a north Indian Guy ( forgot his name) was very friendly and had taken care our needs. They even arranged a small campfire ( though not fully to our satisfaction) for us .

Breakfast was a big disappointment with little spread and at times we had to wait a lot till dishes were replenished. Feels like they are under staffed. No live dishes were provided and we were on the lookout for staff during our breakfast sections. Our request for omelette & Dosa's were turned down siting that its chargeable. The facilities and services are not upto the mark for the price they charge. May be we visited during christmas vacation, around 28k for 4 rooms appear to be too expensive. No mini fridges in rooms, kettle had to be demanded this all were not expected from such properties.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's overall appearance, including the clean and spacious rooms, lobby, and exceptionally well-maintained toilets

The hotel needs to improve its complimentary breakfast and customer service, as the staff could be more professional and attentive in handling guests, and also lacks outdoor spaces and activities, such as a kids' park or pool, leaving guests with nothing to do but stay in their rooms.

Specifically ask for a room facing the valley or you won’t enjoy your stay here.

The room wasn’t facing the valley as shown in the images. I got a room facing the entrance gate because of which I had to keep the window curtains closed through out my stay at the hotel. There’s no point paying so much for a room facing the entrance gate.

The location is excellent, surrounded by a beautiful atmosphere that sets a perfect tone for relaxation. The first impression was lovely, with the friendly and attentive staff making us feel welcomed right away.Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The cleanliness, stylish decor, and spacious rooms stood out. Value for money.The room was well-equipped and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I was very pleased with my overall experience and look forward to returning for a longer visit in the future.

The service at dinner was particularly notable – the food was delicious. However, the food could be delivered hotter. Food delivered were cold and dry.

Not bad

When we stayed time your food all excellent. But we still expect more hygienic in restaurants and all floors. Sad to say some bad smell was there.MUST RECTIFY THIS COMPLAINT.

It was easy to reach the Hotel; no steep climbs. Breakfast was superb.

Parking space could be bigger

We had paid 6000 for a days stay at this place. For this rate, we expected a lot more than what we got. None of the rooms have AC. The bathroom tiles are very smooth, which makes them slippery. The food I would say was a 3.5 on 5 and the staff were polite and well mannered. Also to get the food on time, we had to order much ahead of the time. Additionally due to the heat, all of us fell ill and we are still recovering. Overall I would say that the experience was mediocre at best.

No AC in rooms. Considering this is summer, AC should have been provided. Also the food delay was bad. The price of 6k was high for the facilities that we were given.

1) One of the room was upgraded to a suite.2) The room especially the suite was huge and spacious.3) Both rooms had attached balcony which was very spacious and ideal for sitting together with family and have a good chit-chat or family bonding time.

It is a new resort which is a little interior . The lifts are not functional The listing here says the rooms have AC but none have it. Though AC is not expected in a hill resort traditionally, it is not the same now. It is hot and will be heating up more. Lack of AC is a major drawback and for the price given it’s way too high.Surprised that there was no dosa or idly / poori/ chapathi for breakfast menu.
