Good Location. Staff attendence.

Very congested room. Not well maintained. Bedsheets are worn and not look white & tidy. Fans running slow. Bathroom is in bad condition, no water pressure. TV remote not working.

Bathroom and toilets were neat.

The bedsheet, blankets, and pillow covers were not clean. It seemed like they hadn't been washed frequently. Moreover, the shelf contained clothes left by a previous guest, which shows that the room was not being maintained properly.

Location is good, staff behaviour very polite and helpful, we liked the stay.. it was good, we infact forgot one phone in last minute hurry, they were so kind enough to call us and inform so we went again and got out phone back.. very prompt and honest in their services.. this impressed us a lot.. definitely we would like to come here again..

Bathrooms were not very clean, the tiles had fungus marks, and also no freshner inside bathroom as it was stinking inside, the cupboard had lot of dust, all that came on our clothes when kept inside, bed was not soft and comfortable, AC was not provided thich was very annoying coz of the weather, and the call taxi guy looted us like anything.. very disappointed.. please take extra effort to keep it clean .. thank you

Basic, functional hotel. Value for money. Pala Bakers and Grand Aikara restaurant on the ground floor have good food options.

The room was spacious.

To begin with the attitude of the staff was very unprofessional.The staff was making fun of the guests for each enquiries and was talking in very unprofessional manner.The room was not cleaned properly and had waste food maybe from the previous stay in the drawers. No toiletries or basics were provided. 1 towel was given for two people and it was wet. WiFi was not even showing signal and there was no Internet connection. I reached the property nearly at midnight and it was very loud and noisy there. The only request I made to the staff was that I need a quiet room as I was returning from a very long journey. The noise kept on increasing and the staff was doing nothing. After a few hours we ourselves requested the people to be quiet but had no use. It was in the middle of the night otherwise we would have checked out then itself and would have opted for any other property. There were no lifts and the staff did not help with the luggage. I checked out of the room way before the check out time very very disappointed and without a minute's sleep. The rooms were very expensive but zero percent useful. It was a very terrible experience and would never recommend this property to anyone else especially families. I have never stayed in such a pathetic property and will never ever choose the same.
