Hotel has no Air Condition, stuff helpful but some to not speak the language too well

I would say - Good breakfast for the value Of money, pleasant staff at restaurant during the breakfast time

I communicated in English - don’t know if that was a communication barrier but, really unpleasant receptionists. They didn’t share a lot of info - I arrived late - problem with parking. I had problem finding a place to park and restaurant was closed. They said they are going to prepare something cold - i thought it would Be soup or salad but basically they brought me leftovers from breakfast and charged 15 EUR for it. Nevertheless the guy in the bar was really nice And friendly compared to the reception.

Dated, bed very hard and uncomfortable, room and overall room temperature, noise from people outside, bath tub height, food.

Nice and peaceful

A little out of town but up a steep hill, so if your unfit or don't drive you may struggle, we were out most of the day but struggled to get a parking space sometimes

Carmen, the bar manager was fantastic!!!! She manages the whole bar by herself and keeps smiling and seems very happy with her job.Beds were great, room was spacious. Location and view are lovely.

Dinner was in buffet style. A lot of the food, with some overcooked dishes or in a not acceptable state/ tasteless... So quite disappointing if you like good and fresh food. Beside the buffet there were 2! dishes a la carte, which is a joke.Maybe this was because of the Easter weekend?? and the cook had his/her day off?No vegan dish besides the vegetables.The whole hotel feels ' out of date'.

Location and great view from our room. The breakfast is very good and friendly staff.

No airconditioning. We came at night, hotel was not full, but still very hard to find a parking spot at the hotel. No mini-bar. No coffeemachine or cooker. Should be standard for a room in this price-range.

Excellent location, great view over the town, very pleasant and accommodating staff. Beds were awesome. Plenty of hiking options. Super interesting for those interested in German medieval history.

Parking situation can be a little difficult.

Beautiful and luxury hotel with all kinds of facilities. Our room had a stunning view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely stunning.

The pillows. I had one with a nasty smell. The were to flat and absolutely not comfortable.
