- This hotel is super clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly, so, if i should rate just the hotel and its service would definitely be a 10/10!
- As a family we had a suite. Fantastic hotel and staff. We stayed 2 nights to see Fondi.

- The air conditioning system is not able to control the temperature in the room.The swimming pool was filled with brown water and was not usable.Breakfast was very limited, only having one type of bread, white sliced. Coffee is limited to one cup.The shower in our room had areas of black mould.We checked out one day earlier, but the hotel could not refund our payment. They said talk to booking.com, who said talk to the hotel.
- - You couldn't use the pool (because of covid they said) and - knowing that the hotel is 20 min by bus from sperlonga beach i would have preferred to know that in advance, because that definitely would have affected my booking decision.- breakfast a bit monotonous but again great service- fondi itself is not really an attraction, the attraction there certainly is sperlonga

simple but modern, clean and comfortable hotel with a good position and looking quite new inside.Large room and large bathroom with nice shower
