Staff was exceptional!

Beautiful location, clean hotel with lots of comfortable areas for sitting inside and outside.

The location is excellent. The balcony will th sea view was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was no restaurant. We did no partake in the breakfast because we are not early risers.

The hotel was splendid! The room was fine, the sea view spectacular ( a breathtaking sunset), and the breakfast was pleasing, especially the freshly prepared eggs. We walked the beach just across the street.

The hotel is on the edge of the town of Anzio, however, if one has a car there are restaurants nearby along the road in front of the property. As it was October, the area was quiet.

The breakfast was pretty limited to uncooked food… there was no bar in the hotel.Without motor transport this accommodation is quite out of the way for anywhere to eat or drink apart from the beach cafe across the road during the day.

Amazing place, just near the sea, beautiful building. Room is neat and cozy, clean and full of facilities. It was the best hotel in my life, nice sea and good snack bar nearby. Also an amazing pizzeria in 5 minutes walk. Special appreciation to Carlotta, the sweetest and helpful administrator.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Located outside busy area. Beach and restaurant just a minute. Few minutes walk from local shops.

Everything was great, nice breakfast plenty of choices. Would definitely recommend. Staff were very pleasant. Would certainly go back to this hotel. Very clean, well looked after.

Liked the sea view room with small balcony, bathroom was well appointed too. Appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, hotel was spotless.

Selection at breakfast was ok, however, they were keen to clear up at 10am. If you were still eating you felt you had to leave. Although across the road from the sea, the hotel is a little isolated, too far from the town. Also no sun-beds to relax on in the sun.

My fault - should have investigated the location better. Too remote - nothing around it.

The location was too remote - really need a car to get around. Also the St Tropez restaurant across the road was ok, not great. Service was poor - staff spent most of the time sitting around talking and laughing with each other rather than attending to customers. I was the only patron the first night and was sat by a pole in the middle of the restaurant - could have least been near a window. Also, though my Italian was minimal at best, their English was worse in the restaurant.

Great stay. The breakfast was excellent and the view from the room was amazing. The beach is very close by.

The hotel is far from the city center of Anzio. You can take a bus, but it is not very frequent and service ends early. Nearest grocery store is about 15-20 minutes walk

Excellent location and facilities. Freshly decorated.The private parking was a real bonus.

Pretty basic room and breakfast.

Breakfast was nice service was friendly and accommodating. Balcony rooms over looking the sea were wonderful. Spacious rooms, reasonable bathroom size. Without a car it was a bit difficult getting there. Came by train from Rome. Local train station was a 15 minute walk. Beach across the road was great for walking.

Very little advice or Information on how to use local bus service.

Lovely hotel with wonderful view from our room. Staff was exceptionally friendly with a warm greeting every time we came in. Very clean room and bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast offerings were fresh and very good, including eggs cooked as you like. Not too many dining choices in the area.

The hotel was wonderful. I can't say the same about the associated restaurant across the street, unfortunately. A seafood restaurant that only had shrimp to offer for dinner. Even though it is off season, don't offer in your menu what you don't have in the kitchen.

Far out of Anzio than we thought No bar facility

Exceptionally clean! Great breakfast with wonderful ladies making the cappuccino and espresso! We had a room with a balcony so we had front row seats for sunset!

The parking was a little tight at times.

It was super clean and new. We had a seafront room and the view was nice. It was also quiet and comfortable.

It was quite far from the city centre (about 4km). The breakfast was ok but limited in choice
