It was very close to the beach

Everything was closed (all amenities on the property)- on booking.com they said “there was only 1 booking left” when we got there we were literally the only people there. They put us in the weird cabin that was far away from everything which we thought was extremely weird because there was no one else staying at the park. Felt like a ghost town. Eerie

Great location with wonderfull mobile home’s nearby the sea

Everything was fine except the bed, it was to short for my length 188cm, lying for 10 days on a short bed is not very comfortable

Everything was good, except the service at the restaurant. The waitress was not pleasant at all.

The pool and the beach

Family friendly, clean, walk down to the sea or enjoy the excellent waterpark , great way to wind down with the kids post sightseeing through Rome, Florence and Tuscany. Under 1 hour drive to Fiumicino. Friendly staff, full of Italian families enjoying a holiday, between pool, sea, beach and big play park kids had a blast. Restaurant and snack bars and store on site. Plenty of little restaurants in town up the street. Cabins are clean and great for a short stay.

Decent shower.

Lack of towels and toilet paper and other essentials. Also, the Booking.com ad did not tell is that the park was closing down for the season when we got there. It would also have been nice to have a basketball to play with.

The mobile home was clean and modern, and came equipped with everything you need for self catering. The grounds were large and very well kept. The pool was the highlight for us - big, clean and water slides were a bonus. The staff were so friendly, always with a smile on their face.

our cottage was right next to the entertainment, which was incredibly loud until midnight. couldn’t even hear each other speak on our balcony. padel court was great, but €40 per session plus racquet hire on top was really steep, especially as it was rarely in use.

Pool area is excellent!! Good camping store! Nice restaurant!

No public transport

Hotel camping is very spacious, the houses are well maintained and clean. Staff are attentive and helpful.The pool is great and very Safe for kids. The beach area.is also well maintained and clean. The prices i restaurant are very affordable. overal i recommend this place

There are few things this place should consider: better equip kitchen with wine glasses, knifes to cut;Flex some rules around ball usage at the pool- we were not allow to Play small soft ball with kids, to provide umbrella or benches at the beach for free.

You had to pay extra for sunbeds and umbrella. Was no clear sign of how to reach the private beach. Had to pay extra for umbrella by the pool.Beds were so uncomfortable, had trouble to get sleep all week.We had an early flight and had to check put early but they didn´t open until 8 a.m. We just got to the airport on time.

perfect accommodation, fabulous swimming pool, next to the beach,

market not open in the oppening hours, need to make shopping in local shops far away from the accomodation, restaurant open just in the evening, very quiet ,poor entertainment for teens,

Nice green park under huge pine trees. We were in the Green Village and hour house was only in a few minute walk from the beach as well as the pool. The pool is built in a unique natural shape with 4 slides. The property is studiously kept clean and in order.

There was no way to get warm food in the camping till 7 pm. What is called a market is really only a buffet/cafe. The beach bar was closed most of the days during our 7 day stay.The staff is friendly but with a few exception do not speak other language than Italian. 95% of Info signs are also only in Italian. Very few sport facilities. We missed eg. beach volley ball or table tennis.

Nice, green and huge location with many different types of activities possible. Mobile house is comfortable and cosy.

Be prepared that there is no things as soap, shower gel or such things as sponge for the dishes or cleaning cloths inside mobile house.

Location next to the sea

We choose Villa Romantica because of honeymoon, but bungalow is mostly hide in the wood and sea view is minimal. There was no wi-fi during our stay, even after we reported that on the reception at the day of arrival. Definitely overpriced compare to what you receive.

Great little cottages, everything you could possibly need for a short vacation. Absolutely amazing swimming pool, we came in the low season so literally no one in the the pool whilst there.

Beds could be more comfortable.

Beach was nice

For over 200 euro/nigh do not include toilet paper - you need to buy it, we wanted 3 single beds instead of 1 double bed and 1 single bed - not possible, you need to pay additionally. 70 euro fee if you do not wash dishes - but no equipment for it, no saponat - you need to buy it. It was full of ants, everywhere..my bed was full of this ants .. incredible ..we had no warm water 2 days. Some employees was extremely rude. Hut much smaller than expected. I would never go back for this crazy price it did not worth.

Clean houses, 2 toilets, air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. Such an excellent warm pool with water slides, steps to the sea - for children this is a paradise. There are market and cafe on the territory. Friendly staff at the reception, kindly helped with a taxi, because it is difficult to get there without own car.

There is no soap, dish detergent and washcloths - but you can buy all this in the market on the territory.

Great swimming pool and access to the beach

Site as a whole looks a little aged, great to swim at the new pool and access to the beach. Lodges are ok but nothing amazing to match the price. 50 euros for the kids to have a kick about on the soccer field which is full of trash…. No thanks.

The beach was nice. You can’t drive onto the grounds. We had to walk to anything and had to load all your stuff onto a golf cart and go to your cabin. Also, it said I had a waterfront bungalow. It was in the second row. I was mostly facing the bungalows in front of me.

I didn’t like that it said waterfront but was not truly water front. The place was really small. It get into bed, I had to shimmy sideways to get to my side of the bed.
