great location (i was falling asleep behind the wheel and needed a place to sleep, it was very nice considing the remote location)

no complaints really. They use keys instead of key-cards for the rooms which I'm always worried about losing, but non-issue really.

I think the carpeting in the room and restaurant could be refreshed. The room was too small for three. There was simply no space to put an extra bed, so we slept together with the child.

Good place to rest during long drive

One of the rooms was quite smelly and my partner had problems due to allergies on dogs.

breakfast was very good, hotel was very big and spacious, location very good, food at the restaurant was very good. Rooms are big enough, very good choice for a few nights stay I would definetly recommend.

If there was AC , it would be better. Also bathroom could have been a bit bigger.

Very warm in the room, no airco. We needed to use the fridge, which was hardly working (close to not at all). Hotel rooms need renovation and update, the hotel itself has its charm. Also nice places to sit, read and relax. Unclear communication about additional costs for an extra bed for our daughter. On the booking site it clearly said: for free. Before arrival, I got a message that I had to pay 30 euro for 2 nights, which I did. Upon arrival we were told that we had to pay another 30 euro, because it was 30 per night (we stayed 2 nights). I refused to pay the last one.

Great place for a stop over on the way from southern Europe back to Sweden. Good restaurant and a large area on the backside to walk the dog.

We arrived late in the evening and although the bar at the hotel was already closed, we still could buy the beer at the reception. Everything was good, nothing bad.

Nothing, absolutely nothing!

We went here because it was close to the place where there was our child's football tournament.This experience has left us with an extremely sour taste in our mouth.- Staff was mega unfriendly and improperly trained. A good case in point is we went with our two kilo maltipoo puppy to breakfast, a woman walked up to us just said the dog is not allowed in the restaurant without even greeting us. Demanded that we leave and lock the dog in the room if we wanted to eat, but just leave right away. Her level of rudeness and was quite uncalled for. (We did not get a s refund for the breakfast although we were not allowed to eat In their restaurant) Btw they offered us to take some food from the buffet and sit in a corner at the lobby at eat it there. I think they didn't get the news flash that segregation is over, and I think they don't get it that you can't say that to African Americans. Who am I kidding though, maybe I was the first black person that ever visited this hotel. Hopefully others will read my comments and STAY AWAY!- Room smell like cigarettes, when we open the window to get fresh air in, then more cigarette smell came in. - TV was broken in the room and on the floor they told us that this was normal that there was actually an extra TV (looked like a computer screen) put in on the table for us. The broken TV was just staying there like our room was storage.- no door on the toilet so no privacy, btw we had a suite. I hear from others in our team with double rooms that the sink was in the room, but luckily they had a toilet door. -towel rack was broken and hanging on the wall. - we called the reception and the person was extremely rude and hug up the phone on me.Like I said above, no sensitivity training, how can a guest be nicer than the hotel personnel, like you have to beg people to acknowledge you? OMG, we wasted our money on the suite, we could have had a better night's sleep had we slept in our car?

Very good equipped room with fridge. If you check in online you don;t need to fill in anything at arrival, just pick up the keys. Very comfortable beds

Room was nice, clean. We didn’t hear any noise from other rooms. Bed was comfortable. Receptionists were so kind and friendly.

I liked a nice location next to the highway, family tradition displayed in the main hall, good restaurant and well equipped rooms. Very good price to value ratio.
