Nice location, clean

You have to check in and out and have meals at the sister hotel across the road! And it was raining!!

Large property, staff was very nice. Loved the location.

They use a fragrance in the hotel which is very strong and overpowering!

Perfectly located, quiet and clean! The breakfast is cross the road in the Congress hotel, parking and ev charging. Maybe the best stay for the Ring trip.

Location, location, location. Literally walk across the road to the Nurbergring. Secure car parking. Exceptional breakfast. Great restaurant. English speaking staff were friendly cheerful and really helpful

Rooms were comfortable, staff was great, location couldn't have been closer to everything Nurburgring. Genuinely the best continental breakfast I've ever had and I used to travel over a hundred days per year.

Location to track is unbeatable.

Check in is a nightmare. Room cost value for money is low but one pays for the convenience. It’s little more than a bad suburban or highway motel really but it does the job.

The location listed on the reservation leads somewhere else, at the currently closed facility

Breakfast had lots of options and we were put in the congress hotel as it was out of season which is nicer than the one we had booked

The bathroom sink only gave hot water regardless of which way you turned the tap. Cover for bath plug operator switch kept falling off into the bath while I was in it. Shower temperature kept fluctuating when my husband was in it. Not as nice as the room we had last year. Toilet was in a tiny room within the room

The hotel is really close to the circuit and really convenient to stay around.

The reception is in the another hotel where we needed to walk a little bit but it was nice anyway.

Location was fabulous and good value and very clean and easy parking

Walking to the other hotel for check in and breakfast was not so good

Rooms were nice

No check in on site so had to walk across to the other hotel and paying for parking on site with no free alternative . Have yet to receive my bill but believe parking was €25 which is rediculous , this is wholly unfair for solo disabled travellers

The hotel has literally no staff , no reception, no air con and not even any fans when it’s hot and the building becomes super heated and impossible to stay in.It looks a lot like Hayat hotels have squired the site and few surrounding which are all closed and will redevelop but for now the hotel is a joke

Clean and comfortable BUUUTTTThe staff was very rude and not helpful Plus the hotel worker had parked illegally which made me damage my vehicle tooo which they tried to blame me Police was informed and insurance claim made against the hotel

Clean comfortable

My suite was incredible, on the fifth floor with an amazing view over the Nurburg landscape. The room is enormous and very well laid out - with everything you need or could ask for. Great coffee machine with nice touch like more milk sachets than you would normally get. The bed and pillows were dreamy and the room kept the perfect temperature by the whisper quiet air con. Being a very hot day (30+) the staff had gone to the effort of closing the curtains and keep the AC going before I went to my room so I arrived to a lovely cool environment after being scorched all day in the sun and by the track.

Staff was super helpful to help me change the date on the spot when I found that I accidentally booked for another date. That saved me a lot of stress as I don't speak German :)

Granted it was an event weekend,but looking at the size of the room and the facilities the price was a bit steep.When entering the room a children's sock from the previous guest was still lying on the floor.

Great stay, clean and comfortable room. Good location and very short walk to GP track. Very good breakfast, at sister hotel we were more happy about the walk over to the other hotel for this.

Only small issues pillows could be better, perhaps bring your own. Reserved parking was an extra 30 Euro a night, we felt for the price location this really should be included.
