Pros +
- Staff was very friendly.
- quiet, comfortable, breakfast!
- Staff was great
Cons -
- Beds were comfortable, but the room was dark. Hotel is now Hotel Bru. Look up that property to see photos inside. Borealis Hotel website says dinner is until 10pm, but it's over at 9pm. Hotel Bru website is more up to date.
- Room had 100 dead flies by the window. No soap in the room (2 empty dispensers) 2 towels not that big (2 travelers). No hand towel / face towel etc. The staff was great but hotel owner super rude
- lots of noise of slamming doors in our building (nearest to the hot tub) until the spa closed (10:30PM).
