Arena Verudela Beach

Nice place! Comfortable apartment close to the beach. Good opportunities for lunch and dinner.

Lot of parking places have not been built - between the trees on the rock.

everything was close by & we had the best view!

i wish their was a good cart service to help us with our baggage and take us to our room and the shower was leaking a little bit

People reserve pool chairs super early and just leave there things all day without actually being there.

The apartments are lovely with a small kitchen, balcony and dining area in addition to the living space and separate bedroom area. In some cases you might get lucky with a bit of sea view which is really nice. It is also very pet friendly and family friendly. The beach is beautiful but be prepared for some challenging surfaces to sit on and navigate but that's how it goes :) the few restaurants nearby the hotel are also nice.

While this hotel belongs to the broader Hotel Group in the area, you have to pay 20 Euros a day to access the gym. This just seems excessive. It would be nice to see them change this.I could also see the hotel benefiting from having a hourly mini train/transport going around to get people around better - especially those who may have a harder time walking.

When we called guest services to request additional towels and toilet paper, the delivery was impressively fast – probably the only truly positive aspect of the service during our stay. And while the beach itself wasn’t ideal, the view from the property was undeniably beautiful.

Unfortunately, our stay at Arena Verudela Beach did not meet our expectations for several reasons:Location & Check-in: The overall location is not ideal. Everything—from the reception to basic services—is far from the actual apartment. Check-in was particularly inconvenient, requiring a long walk just to collect keys, with no assistance offered.Luggage Transportation: Transporting our luggage to the apartment was very difficult due to the distance and lack of support options.Beach Access: The beach consists entirely of rocks, making it uncomfortable and not family-friendly. Additionally, no beach towels were provided, which was quite surprising for a resort of this category.Noise: The room next to ours was extremely noisy. There seemed to be no soundproofing or intervention from staff regarding disturbances.Reception Communication: The communication with reception at check-in was poor. We were told we’d receive a call once our room was ready, but even by 7 PM no one contacted us. I had to call myself to follow up.Pool & Bar Experience: The swimming pool area was dangerously slippery. At the pool bar, customer service was disappointing. Despite having several staff standing around chatting and few customers, I had to approach them myself just to place an order. This showed a clear lack of attentiveness and professionalism.Overall: Sadly, this is not a place I would consider returning to. The service and facilities were far below expectations, and the experience left much to be desired.

Very large property with many things to do between Scuba, aqua park. We had also an apartment by the sea with fantastic view and it was spacious.

Nothing particularly

The seaview apartments are worth every penny! I loved being right by the water! A bonus was having someone direct us to our parking spot, and drive us up to our villa with our bags. Housekeeping came daily, and the kitchen had everything you needed including pots/pans/silverware. I also recommend watershoes as everything is rocky or has rocks.

There aren't many cons to this place, just be aware that everything on the property can be a good 10-minute walk, and the areas to lie down on the main beach don't all have mattresses, however, we were just happy they had something at all.

Location, view and room are top notch for the price. We had a sea front room with a spectacular view. Recommended. The parking lot was 800 mt far from our room but they sent a cart/van to carry the luggage from our car to our room.

Beautiful location, lots of places to walk, run an relax.

Although you'll get amazing views from your windows - you won't open them - as it's allowed to smoke on your balcony. Instead of the breeze smell - you'll feel cigarettes, which is horrible.

The location was spectacular. Plenty of restaurants and beaches! The rooms had kitchenettes, which was great.

AC in one room didn’t stay on. Shower flooded into bathroom.

I’m so happy that we chose this hotel! Check in process was super easy and fast, staff delivered our luggage right to our apartment, and staff is super friendly and helpful. The view , the location, apartment everything was just perfect! Two nice beaches nearby , Verudella and Hawaii, pula aquarium 5 min from the apartment, nice restaurant with local food is very good (the one that close to the burger bar and main building)

Housekeeping is very loud in the morning, like at 8 am , they are yelling and moving stuff in the apartments nearby and you can hear every word. Also one night I called because of the noisy neighbours, but no one came to sort it out, and I was forced to do it myself.

Unable to locate the reception office! 5 different properties used the same reception office which had a different name than our accommodation

Wonderful location and well equipped apartment for a family stay. They even have clother dryer racks in the balcony.

We went during off-season and most smaller restaurants and the supermarket close by afternoon which is a bit inconvenient

Property was by the sea, it was clean and had bare essentials

We liked everything, but most shops and restaurants were closed. The grocery shop was almost empty, without even fresh bread or milk, and a very poor choice of food.

Really clean, had pretty much everything you could need, extensive facilities around

No ironing board

Landscape, Rocky cliffs to spend a marvelous day at the sea in the sun, and the spot was just 10 to 15 meters from our apartment come on plenty of nice restaurants around, supermarket, café Illy with good sandwiches for breakfast, worth its money.We had a specific request which was easily fulfilled and made our stay even more beautiful.

The property itself doesn’t have anything to complain about. At Illy café unfortunately sandwiches were once almost sold out and the other day they didn’t have any at all. Well, happens everywhere once in a while , hence not that big of a problem.

We traveled as a couple with a puppy. This is our second time here and we are still super satisfied with the quality of the room, the beaches and the services available. The area is very big and its beaches are amazing.

Location, nature, views

The good was terrible, not good in even one restaurant. In Olive at the pool pizza was terrible, the Caesar salad had red onion ??, in Illy cafe tramezini and focaccia very bad, in yacht bar all cold appetizers were awful, in burger bar had the worst burger ever. Absolutely an improvement needed.

Location, lots of things to do, facilities, beach, water sports

We had a wonderful sea view apartment, which was very clean and right by Hawaii beach. There are loads of different beaches within a few minutes walk and lots of restaurants. The pool area was very clean and had an amazing view over the sea. I would definitely recommend this resort for families.

I didn’t realize how large the resort was until we checked in. The reception is right by the strip of shops and kids entertainment, if you don’t want to be surrounded by people and kids entertainment noise ask for accommodation away from this area.
