Beautiful hotel ! Clean and comfortable with a great breakfast !

Great walking paths. We liked the lady at the tour, next to car rental was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. She booked a tour for us at the very last minute. Cleaning lady for our room and the man who replaced the room’s refrigerator were very professional.

1. Parking was always very difficult, every day. 2. Phone guest services lady told me to use the bottom floor’s refrigerator, not knowing that this place was closed. I had called about the room’s refrigerator not working. 3. Latch to our front door was missing two screws. 4. Dinner was a madhouse- it was not organized. Nowhere to sit. Maybe offer two sets of times, for people to choose. This way not as busy.

The hotel has a lovely outdoor area with a pool and a sitting area where one can chill. The room was rather large and newly decorated. Nice shower head too. Wellness area is beautiful and inviting, really liked it. Food was great, especially at dinner time.

I didn't like that the toiletries all smell like bergamot, but that's just my preference.

Booked 1 double bed room, but instead got 2 single beds. When asked reception for help - they seemed uninterested and offered plain sheets to cover the beds in order to "connect" them. Unfortunately no other rooms with double beds were available. No apology as well. That was the only downside of our stay. Everything else was great.

Very comfortable bed, and great for children and families with kids who want to stay at the resort most of the time.

Property needs refurbishment - a pressure wash, fresh coat of paint of the shutters; staff needs to provide more details upon check in, and could probably use a little more training in hospitality. I found it very overpriced for the quality. But, could be they hadn’t officially turned to the hotel over for summer yet. Who knows.

The location was great! The room was really clean and very well suited. We only included breakfast, and the breakfast was exceptional.

Everything was excellent. The hotel the room the bathroom the amenities. Spa was super good the inside pool very big and immaculate, breakfast was superb. Room linen so soft. Bed confortable. The environments around perfect, all blue blue sea. The room with a balcony. Tea coffe lights. I loved the whole experience. Went for one night and stayed 3. The staff profesional and kind and helpful. Parking good.

If you want a lower cost meal, you have to take the bus or taxi into town.

The hotel consists of a large complex with a very large hotel building and several blocks of hotel rooms and apartments. Pools are spread over the grounds. We had a superior room with balcony. Room was modern and functional, bathroom with glass sliding door. All sufficiently large and clean. The front desk staff was very attentive to our needs. There are tennis courts, padel ball, and other ball sport courts. The beach is clean, but rocky.

Far from the city. Facilities - Gym, spa, pool, etc are located in a different build. You have to walk outside to get to the various buildings.

The staff is amazing, very polite, attentive, and they even go above and beyond for some questions I had, and I really appreciate the effort. Also, we had an event organised there and the food was just perfect, waiters as well. Overall happy with my stay.

Breakfast was a bit poor, not sure it was because of the Sunday; after all the reviews, I was expecting more, but the selection of sweets was definitely lacking. The front of the building was renovated, but at the back, everything is still very old :D But the view was nice :)

Had many of options. But the Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The lobby bar staff were fantastic and not just to me. The way they interacted with all customers and each other was professional but personally tailored. That is true hospitality: adjusting to the individual needs and wants of each customer. As I told the GM when I bumped into him on my way out, Liza, Marino and Darko were fantastic. Great caipirinhas.

As with almost every large resort, some areas seem a bit neglected. Hard to manage maintenance and upkeep on a place that big. Also, I was happy to hear that the Yacht Club Restaurant is not run by Radisson. Never got to get the lamb chops because I walked out. I used to manage restaurants, including one for Radisson and when you walk in and no one acknowledges you and then point to a table that hasn’t been cleaned… that should signal… leave. So I did. Remember, most people will just assume it is a Radisson restaurant. They need a proper manager.

Its location. secluded from all the noice , traffic etc… The staff was amazing and helpful. They provided all the necessary information for sites to visit and more importantly how to travel. The room was amazing and breakfast was fabulous !!! If you haven’t visited Pula please do so and bill your stay @ Histeria Pula you won’t be disappointed .

I highly recommend the hotel. The room with a view was absolutely fantastic – waking up to the sight of the ocean every morning was a dream come true. The food was extremely delicious, offering a variety of dishes that were both fresh and flavorful, especially the sea food.The wellness area, complete with a saltwater swimming pool, was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. What made the experience even more special was the nearby mini canyon—a unique place to explore and enjoy nature. Additionally, the on-site aquarium provided an exciting opportunity to learn more about marine life. One of my favorite activities was taking long walks along the beach. It was so serene and peaceful, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to visit again!

Short breakfast/dinner times and the “special” food like sushi or burrata was gone (and not refilled) fast…

Indoor pool and spa / breakfast

No air conditioning in bedrooms. Hotel have switched all bedrooms to heat only for winter- although aircon available in communal areas…Apparently all bedrooms have to have the same settings- aircon in summer, heating now. Bedroom temperature 28 degrees and far too warm. Hotel staff not interested. Hotel decor and lighting is stark.

Lovely location by the sea. Very spacious. The indoor sea water pool was gorgeous.

It looked a bit shabby on the outside but the pool deck was nice.
