The accommodation had most of the necessary amenities. Overall, the resort is beatiful.

When we checked in, the smell within the accommodation was unbearable. Despite the warm weather, we had to open all the windows and keep them open for over 24 hours until the bad smell dissipated. We got the farthest accommodation from the sea. Unfortunately, this information is not provided prior to booking confirmation. Unlike other similar accommodations, this one did not have a drying rack. The twoels werw never changed. No information was provided about changing them.To conclude, it was a very bad value for a significant amount of money we have paid.

The position is perfect! The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and tidy, air-conditioned. The food is great!

Great location at the sea and great to have easy parking place for travellers by car. The room was a bit outdated though and a pity there was no restaurant onsite. We found however great sea food restaurant at 5 mins drive

Perfect for families , in front to the beach , calm sea , water sports (paid) , equipped mobile house.Ideally to relax

There was a strange smell coming from the bathroom

Breakfast was great, we left early morning and asked the staff after last breakfast if we can get a breakfast package tomorrrow early morning becasue we are going to leave at 6 , the lady told me i should tell her that in the morning now its too late for it...

We only could get our room at 3pm, so spend half day but paid for whole day,When we arrived t the hotel there was no cold water machine by reception(yes i know i can by in the beach bar), and also they didn't serve water in the room at all. In bonus after arrive the staff told me there is a lobby room where i can leave our luggage, however it was not a closable, the packages was accessible by everyone who entered,i left my shoes next to the luggage and someone brought away! but c'mon who needs a second hand shoe nowadays!I reported the last day when i realized my shoes is missing to the staff, the first lady she said she will asks next day the cleaners if they found it, but we had to catch our flight early morning, but c'mon why the hotel have no lost and find service for such as case.On the last day day when we left the staff lady promised me she will look in the camera that day what could happened however until now i got no info about it.

The room was very dated. Could use a make over. For the price it didn’t reflect the room we received. The smell was awful when we opened the door every time. Made us very nauseous, lucky we were only there for 2 nights.

Large spread out complex including camping, apartments and hotel rooms; all very clean and well kept but ultimately quite dated. Exceptionally well positioned - sea around 10m from balcony. Beachfront covers pretty much whole bay - very busy but you’ll always find somewhere; main ‘beach’ is pebbles and narrow so very busy; rest is off the rocks and no stairs into water so not always easy for the young and old. But water is amazing and very beautiful, just be careful with young ones as very little shallow areas and they drop deep very soon. Brilliant choice of water sports activities available in the bay. Good choice of bars and places to eat but always found service rather slow - best place to eat is just off site, round the cove (few minutes walk) at Suzi’s restaurant - beautiful location and best food around there. Breakfast was mediocre at best; does the job and is included but poor choice of pastries. But f you’re on a budget and staying half board/b&q then it’s ideal and generous but I’m a bit of a ‘foodie’ and it didn’t appeal to me (FYI - little patisserie just up road is very good)

Food wasn’t to my taste - not bad just very mediocre; service was quite slow in most places. Buildings feel dated but are very clean (bathrooms do need a renovation though); lack of lift was annoying (stayed on third floor).Parking is a pain - on a busy day a hotel user could end up parking n the campsite which is a long walk with suitcases.

The resort was easy to find and very welcoming. Our deluxe mobile home was very clean and well stocked for us. It was a short distance to a restaurant and a public beach. Everywhere was kept clean and felt safe. We loved the access to the water park and water sport rentals. All the staff on the resort were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

The sea is unbelievable, clean, warm, the color is mind-blowing. The territory of the resort is taken care of, very nice. There is a not expensive but very tasty restaurant next to the beach. The closest shop is around 15 minutes by foot.Great advantage is individual air conditioning which is really working well. The breakfast was average, nothing special.

Cleaning ladies didn't come in 4 days even once. Probably, they are short on stuff, but not good. At least, once to fresh up the room and change the linens would be great

Perfect location, very kind and supportive staff everywhere, reasonable prices.

Rooms were OK, but for next season I would suggest to do a bit of maintenance, like on the flooring and doors, beds, balcony. For couples, the bed is tricky as they slide away easy ;)

The beach is beautiful.

I think the hotel can put some trash cans on the beach to avoid glasses, cigarrettes and others things covering the rocks.

We liked the mobile home had all the necessary things needed for cleaning, cooking, toiletries, bedding. The location is also very close to the beach and nice to walk around. We got very soft towels as well.The bathrooms wee clean.

The mobile home 15 (and 14) is right next to the entrance and the road, with direct sun on the terrace all afternoon. So the whole stay we cars were passing, people asking to open the gate and lots of sun. We stayed with a small baby so it was very noisy and hot. The beds are also very uncomfortable, already worn out mattresses. The house leans backwards so everyone leaned head down when sleeping. The baby cot also does not fit in any of the rooms therefore must be placed in living room which is not convenient and quiet for baby to rest. There were also lots of ants in the kitchen. We asked if the home could be changed but they were fully booked. I would not consider it worth the price. Would rather go in the apartment nearby.

Location is great, rooms are not too small, as it usually happens on the beach resorts, beds are comfy, sea view is really sea view

Out of season so very quiet but right on the sea and very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent self catering provision equipment. Lovely sea view balconies.

Breakfast and view from cafe is great, location is near the sea, beach is only for visitors of hotel.

Sound isolation and ventilation in toilets could be better.

The location was excellent with a very short walk to the beach and restaurants, café and reception. A varied selection for breakfast which was altered slightly each day. Staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. Our friend who had the apartment enjoyed the a la carte dining for breakfast, although he had to eat on his own as we were booked on a B & B basis with a hotel room.

We didn't realise that there was no public transport available into Pula and other areas when we booked so we had to book taxis for all our trips out. The resort managed to get us very good deals, but we would have preferred the freedom of hopping on and off buses to get around. This didn't spoil our holiday though.We had to check out early on the day of our return to the UK. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not open until 07.30 for breakfast and we left at 07.10. Although we had paid for breakfast on the last day, we were not offered a pack up option to take with us. We would like to request a refund for the two breakfasts missed (my husband and myself).
