Hotel Sauerländer Hof

Wonderful staff - friendly and very helpful. Excellent suggestions for sightseeing possibilities. The room was spotless and was beautifully serviced each day. The room was large and comfortable, with good facilities and a lovely little balcony. The breakfast was good. A nice touch was the handwritten slate with our names on the assigned breakfast table. The waiting staff were attentive and very pleasant. It was also impressive that the owner personally greeted us at breakfast.

Not applicable! - this is a wonderful place to stay.

Spacious room, very quiet in a separate building behind the hotel. Free parking, very good breakfast en restaurant! Not to mention the staff, very very friendly and helpfull! Would go back there!

Cannot think of anything.

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff who always take the extra step in being helpful and polite. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The room cleanliness was exceptional.

nothing, everything was fantastic. the only minor thing missing was a mini fridge in the room

Clean, well maintained, good mattress and sheets, fast internet, location, free parking and top quality front desk and staff. Restaurant is good too.Had an injury in nearby ski resort. Staff very caring.

Comfortable clean beautifully decorated elevator quiet and the best staff ever1

A wonderful hotel with fantastic hosts who couldn't do enough for us. The food was amazing and mostly homemade. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It was a shame we were only staying for 3 nights.

We stayed a long weekend with 5 couples of friends at Hotel Sauerländer Hof, and the whole experience surpassed our expectations. The staff was genuinely friendly and made all wishes possible, were efficient and pro-active. A true example of hospitality.Food was excellent - breakfast with various choices, all using fresh ingredients - even possibility to make own and fresh vegetable juices. Dinner was excellent as well, with various options (meat, fish, vegetarian).Rooms were nicely refurbished and very comfortable - excellent sleeping comfort. great bathroom.Own storage room for bikes.

Some rooms may be located on main street or in a side street - these rooms are noisy when sleeping with open windows. If you have the choice, ask for a room in the annex - more quiet and with nice view.

Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful surroundings.

Friendly staff good breakfast perfect location

Dampfbad in the room didn't work. Shower was good though. Spa/Wellness facility quite small but sauna was great

We loved our stay and plan to go back soon! I highly recommend this hotel. Not only was the hotel comfortable and clean, but the staff was exceedingly friendly.

The pillows were a little lumpy, but not a huge problem at all. We absolutely will return and recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

Clean nice big rooms, staff, restaurant. There is a lot of free parking around the hotel.
