Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, felt at home. Very nice bedroom and comfy bed. And super kind staff, they even got us a free ride to the train station. Amazing breakfast included in the rate. Highly recommended!! Wish we had stayed longer

Nestled between green, it’s a nice place to unwind and relax. The food is good.

Basic room with basic amenities. The overall finish was a bit lackluster, and the room lacked personality. No art on the walls, the balcony was shared with another room, so we needed to keep curtains closed for privacy. It has potential, but a lot of lost opportunity to make it a memorable location.

Great location - we were a group of 3 couples from Canada thru-hiking the Pieterpad and this was a beautiful place to end a day of hiking - highly recommend!

The Place of the hotel is great. Very quiet, in the woods.

The first and second room that I was given where very cold. The windows are old and do not isolate the cold at all! After a became the 3rd room, I was able to warm up myself.

Wonderful location and authentic atmosphere. Modern, well-appointed rooms, but retaining the feeling of a early 20th century resort.

The staff was very friendly and we felt welcome. The room was spacious and clean. The whirlpool bath in the room was great - even though not all the features seem to work (but the most important one did). We didn't eat in the restaurant, only had a bottle of wine - the wine selection was more than decent.

Property is a bit noisy but that’s due to the nature of the old building which gives it its charm.

The location was exactly what we wanted to experience: middle of the nature, nice woods nearby to walk the good, far from the city hectic. The room was really nice and of a nice size for being the cheapest option. Anything needed was in the room or was arranged easily with reception. The people working at the hotel and restaurant were very nice and really accommodating which we appreciated a lot.

However given the times we live in we would have appreciated a better cleaned room (lots of dust here and there, dirty remote control,etc) very little things that dis not affect our staying at all, but something you just notice more in this after COVID times. The dinner was served in the room which was comfortable and nice, however the main course was not greatly cooked and spoiled a bit the dinner.
