Quaint Lovely hotel in a beautiful small village along the romanta strasse. The room was very clean and comfortable! There is a wonderful fairytale footpath leading to an amazing castle! The breakfast was the best with fruits, yogurt, egged toasts meats and cheeses. Very friendly and traditional hotel!

Staff very friendly; location of hotel was within walking distance of everything that we wanted to see in the old town Straussen! The dinner in the restaurant was one of the best that we have tasted while on our trip in Germany!

Nice big room. Huge bathroom. Quiet room. Very good food and huge portions at the restaurant. No problem speaking English. Super clean everywhere. Right next to the castle. Easy to find parking.

Parking is only 3 places, there is a parking nearby better go straight there. Breakfast could have been slightly better

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, the bed was so comfortable, people at the reception and the woman in the breakfast room were so nice. Plus the vibe of the hotel and its look, awesomeness. 10/10

We have stayed here a number of times. All rooms are modern and clean. Sometimes the bathroom is larger or smaller, ditto the bedrooms. This time the bedroom was a little small, but still comfortable.The hotel's restaurant serves food which is very much to my taste and the beer is excellent.

Parking is limited, but we have always been lucky. There are plenty of other options nearby.

Everything. The room was spacious and had both: shower cabin and bath tub. Location is great. 10 mins walk to the castle. The bed is comfortable.

Diner in the hotel (pumpkin soup with grilled salmon and their "Wild" burger) was really great. Breakfast as well. Staff very accommodating.

Seemed very new. Big bed, fabulous bathroom. Great breakfast. We had dinner there too and it was also excellent.Cute little town and you’re right in the middle.

We were lucky to get a park right outside but if you didn’t, it would be a pain. Bit of a hike to the room

This is a nice hotel with historic vibes.We stayed for 1 night for our travels but everything was smooth.

Price & value. Great restaurant with huge size meals. Breakfast is free and very good.

The bell was raining every 15 minutes all night and we couldn't sleep
