Breakfast was actually better than we expected, but as we were in a bit of a rush to catch a train we probably didn't take full advantage of it. Room was ok. There was nobody in attendance when we arrived , and it was a bit confusing obtaining entry at first, but we managed eventually. The reason I say we wont stay there again is that we are unlikely to visit Stolberg again. It's a place I have passed countless times on journeys by train into Germany, and I just fancied seeing what it was like.

Nothing critical. But I would have liked to have a kettle in the room. The hair dryer is hotel standard (just in case this is important for someone). There is no safe.

Location is great, hotel is located in the center of Stolberg, breakfast is nice, friendly stuff.

Wi Fi was low in the room

I arrived around 8pm at the hotel. No one was at the reception but only a notification with a number (02402 9630) which I should call if no one is at the reception. I did 3 times and left a message on the ansering machine. No one ever called me back and after one hour of waiting I went to a different hotel!

Bathroom and room carpet was dirty in addition to, tiles came of the walls in the bathroom. The repair hole in the wall was covered with by field stones = in general not satisfying and not worth the € 150+

Nice room in a nice hotel, friendly staff. We had everything we needed. Very good breakfast inluded. Overall an excellent value for money

A very pleasant hotel and I liked the large multistorey car park opposite the hotel.

There was a mix-up on my part, and I ended up paying for three nights when I only needed two. There was no flexibility or ability to refund even though I notified them of my mistake many weeks before the booking.

No previous Information that parking costs will only be accepted, if a special park ticket would be picked up before at the hotel reception!

Vehicle parking - but NOT for motorcycles!No tea/coffee or kettle in room.

Good location and good breakfast.

The room nr. 2 has a rattling radiator. It makes a sound from the pipes next to the radiator due to vibration. This happened all the time. At night, we squeeze a bag of chips between the pipes to make it stop. We couldn't sleep otherwise.

Staff super nice, big bedroom, clean, quite, free parking in underground parking lot in front of the hotel, breakfast very good, the old city is super nice, just 5 min walk and you are on top of the castle! With restaurants & bars and Kinosummer :-)

Breakfast was ok, limited selection. Parking garage across entrance and coupon from hotel on checkout to cover costs

No eating facilities at night so had to go out of hotel.

The location was nice.Parking was easy.

Mouldy walls in the staircase, dirty floor in the room, not entirely clean bathroom, mattress ancient.Scrambled eggs were burned.I left early and booked another hotel

Perfect location for exploring the old town. The breakfast is very extensive and delicious!! Nice, quiet hotel.

+ Free parking in closed parking garage+ Very modern room (better than pictures)+ Jacuzzi bathtub was sooo luxirious with bubbles, jets and in-built light and speakers (!)+ Very good breakfast. Lots of fresh bread, fruit, vegetables, eggs etc.

Great location, wonderful breakfast, very comfortable and nice to stay in a family run hotel.

it is a decent hotel, in small city close to Aachen, nice breakfast included
