DF am Ring Nürburg

Location was great, 2 minutes from the Nordeschleife and next door to a great restaurant.

Location is nice

Was promised twin beds but they were single beds. The weather had been warm and all they did was put an old fan in the room and didn’t even open a window. So it was well over 30 degrees in there.

Cons: the room doesnt look like on photoPros: you cannot even imagine how it looks likeOther reviews are confusing, I will try to sum them up.Parking: the parking in front of the hotel is shared with restaurant, it could be full, but there is a gravel parking 50 meters away, no problems with free parking spaces.Reception: the staff is friendly and helpful, the reviews about late checkin are totally lies. If you arrive late, they leave your keys in a personal envelop at the entrance and you can get to your room without interacting with anyone. Moreover, they inform you with sms about it.Cleanliness: the house is probably older than everyone of us, including creaking floors, strange room layout etc, but it is perfectly clean. The beds could be found too soft, but it is personal.

The location

There was reception. I collected my keys for the room outside. After 9 hours driving, I went to the room and rested for five minutes. I walked out to grab my case and was unable to get back in, because I had left the main door key in the room. Of course my fault - but my room door was still open (Motice lock) Room was perfect, I’d prefer the parking spaces are identified. If the ring is busy, there no where close to park.

located just under the Nurburg castle, plenty of panorama and parking: excellent pricing and easy to reach, I had and under-the-roof room with two beds which I think will be the optimal choice for anyone travelling with a friend and who is willing to keep costs as low as possible

wi-fi signal not always available (that was not good for my working needs!) and the bathroom's sink is simply too small and some details in the rooms could be repaired or updated (the main door's lock, srcaped paint on the external side of the door) with almost zero costs

It was a great location and there was an excellent restaurant 50 metres away.

Check in after 5pm is very late compared to most accomodation. Bare essentials in room, so no possibility of making a hot drink.

The view and location

Very steep stairs leading to rooms . I use a walking stick and being disabled I didn’t feel safe using them. Bedroom very basic and had no tv in one of the rooms I booked and the one that had one only had 1 channel . Check in was at 5.00pm at the earliest

The building is super tired and nothing like the photos. It is very tattered and tired.

Don’t stay here

No one on reception. Nobody answers the phone ask you to message it don’t reply. Communication is terrible didn’t get in the room until after 6pm

No fridge in room to keep food/drink and no aircon or fan, so very hot!

Building full of insects, sigaret buds in the bathroom, no tv in room as promised, the breakfast was minimal. We had to shove the beds together, the room was not so clean

So close to the track, the castle, and multiple restaurants. Great place to stay even if you’re not a revhead

Location is good, pretty central in Nurburg so easy to travel from.

There is no WiFi in rooms like the ad states. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The room I was given looked nothing like the ones in the pictures.

Although we never met any staff the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The rooms were clean and showers had good pressure even being in the loft.

No where to sit inside when raining. Parking was busy due to restaurant and difficult to find a space.

Location.. less than 4 mins drive to track entrance.

Nothing bad. Just extremely basic. A room and a fan.

In 1 of the rooms the TV just fell off the wall.Several rooms had no hot water as it was tripping the electrics.

Location.

No electricity in the room from midnight. Did notify the owner but nothing was done. Had to sort out our selfs. Then in the morning asked if breakfast was included in the room price which it wasn’t. So me any my friend didn’t have anything. But got accused for having something to eat which we didn’t!

Nice location, sweet stuff, room on a first floor - very cool and comfortable!

I think one minus is that inside was wasps, but i think after reading my comment, owners will do something about that.
