Novotel Lens Noyelles

1.Excellent location2. Electric charging for Car3. Comfortable beds 4. Friendly staff

Very quiet room with comfy bed

Just a few things with breakfast as because so quiet no staff about and first chap who did appear didn’t really know how things worked

Was clean staff are friendly and food is excellent. Also a very convenient location for the shuttle

Lovely rooms, staff and amazing food

Electric car charging station with nicely cheap rates.

More vegan options at the breakfast would be great. And declaration of allergies at the buffet.

We were returning customers and did choose this hotel because its position and comfortable parking, Always very late arrival and need for certainties. The hotel is good for stopover for car motorists and for one shopping in the excellent area of Noyelles Goadault. Room and breakfast up to expectations

nothing in particular to report.

Helpful, friendly staff. Food and wine excellent.

Very nice hotel, clean modern rooms and tasty breakfast. Novotel is one of the best hotels!

Couldn't have asked for a better break, we wanted a hotel in between Lille and Calais and this was perfect! Really close to shopping and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Children loved the pool after a long day walking around Lille and the staff were great. Breakfast was fully stocked and something for everyone. Would definitely recommend

Lovely rooms, sound proof so great nights sleep.Good restaurant, lovely service, happy staff.

pet charging process, lack of pet bowls, Overflowing bins in car park, general litter around car parking area General area in need of litter picking, walking out was a minefield of dodging rubbish.

Breakfast bar and the bar open at night. There is a mall right across from the hotel

Very nice and attentive staff. Spotless room and good size. Dinner was disappointed but service and decors excellent. Food should be simplier and of better quality .

Pool must be hard to keep clean with so many guests using it

Great facilities, ideal start/end baseOn a retail park with a huge supermarket and shopping centre ready to stock up if you're heading on holiday!

Easy to get to, clean, lovely room. Friendly staff

location near highway so easy for an overnight stay during travel. Nice garden with pool and friendly staff.

The friendly staff, the spacious rooms, the pool, the breakfast

It was a bit hot in the room for the bed's duvets

Nice hotel in a great location for our trip back to the tunnel. Staff are very friendly.

Overall met our expectations. Was clean, and conveniently located next to highway.

Breakfast options could be a little bit expanded.

AC was shit

Room was too far and I had 2 bags and no one offered me any help

No frills but clean and comfortable rooms

Area isn’t great
