Hotel Villa Tirreno

Excellent poolside lunch! Helpful staff and comfortable room. The pool was amazing for the kids!

There was a beautiful pool. While it was too cool to go in., we could still enjoy sitting by the pool even though it was too chilly to go in. Their in site restaurant was good; and necessary since there were no other nearby restaurants and no taxi service in the town., which only had infrequent bus service. We took a bus to the museum, but there was not one returning for several hours. The hotel is able to arrange transportation from the airport and to the port. Is was a bit expensive but efficient. We will use this hotel again if we cruise out of Cittivavecchia.

We had to walk about a mile into tiwn. Very few restaurants in area open during American supper hours ie: 5-7pm. Most opened at 7:30.

The location is gorgeous! The hotel is well-appointed. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful! The shuttle driver recommended a local restaurant the was phenomenal!

Pool closed at 7:30 (the sun was still out) and was a bit run down. The restaurant smelled and looked great but service was not good.

Comfortable hotel with good restaurant and parking, easy to drive to, just below the historic town. Our room had a large terrace with view of old town and clear down to the sea in another direction. This was our second time staying here. It's about an hour drive from FCO so a good stop for our first night.

Horta restaurant is good.

This is a motel with hotel prices....essentially a transit accommodation for the port down the Rd.Overpriced Airport transfer.Grumpy staff.Average breakfast.Accommodation dated.Location is in a residential area. No shuttle to beach, as said on website.

The rooms were kept so clean and were super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff always excellent. The restaurant had wonderful food and excellent staff.

The bathroom was a bit small and we were small people. This has nothing to do with any of the staff though.

We chose this villa because of its close location to Civitavecchia port and were very pleased with its overall quality. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful. The quality of food and service in the bar-restaurant is excellent. We also used their transfer from FCO and to Civitavecchia.

Don’t even bother booking this hotel

No reception when we got there . Only one key on self check in. Key was locked in room but we could not get through to any of the numbers . No milk in room or shampoo . Awful service

The room was spacious and had a very large balcony with a great view. The price was very reasonable given the quality of the room and facilities, and the breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. We especially liked the restaurant and bar staff -- especially the friendly young woman who was always patient with my mediocre Italian language skills, and the kind man who made coffee every morning.
