Easy to reach, comfy bed

The restaurant was closed, Breakfast was too simple and basic and they were out of main items very fast. No mini fridge in the room

Common spaces were nice and food at the restaurant was great. Room and bathroom was clean.

I was called the day before to ask to change my card in the booking platform or my booking would be cancelled which I needed to explain that I already did confirm my card and they only looked properly when I was on the phone with them.Room was small and we did not had basic things that you find on a 4* hotel like body cream for example.On the checkout we were told that the room will be paid through booking, so I paid them the extra for the dog and left. After a few hours, I was called again and told that I left without paying!? I had to explain again what happened and only then they said sorry. Couldn't they have checked it with their employee before accusing a customer of leaving without paying?

next time will be somewhere else

Easy off motorway clean good staff

Very convenient for a one night stay. Clean and bed comfortable. Restaurant next door handy as we were late arrriving.

We needed to be in Chaponnay for an event. The location was excellent for the event, but not so great so sight seeing and spending time in Lyon and the Old Town. There is no public transportation connecting the hotel to these areas, the train station or the airport. If you plan to stay at this hotel and sight see in Lyon, plan in your budget for Ubers. At least 50 Euros each way.

Stink Bug Infestation and Sleepless Night – No Refund Provided

my room was infested with stink bugs. Despite requesting a room change, the issue was not resolved, and the subsequent use of insecticide proved ineffective and hazardous. As a result, I couldn't sleep before an important meeting. Never received any kind of refund for this unacceptable experience.

The restaurant,they had no idea how to create a veggie meal,despite us pre ordering one.

Straight off the main route. Rooms were immaculate and very well decorated. Plenty of parking and quiet requested inter connecting rooms which were provided only booked half hour before arrival

Photos advertised firstly show the Rhone !!No where near .

The location was quite handy, near the highway. The staf were nice, the bed was comfortable , the shower was good. It was clean

The breakfast was too expensive and not so special

Since there nog enough guests there was no breakfast buffet. However, "breakfast" if you can call it as such, was served on a dirty tray without cover and plates, with a miserable croissant directly put on the tray and some fruits were presented. So I had to continue my trip having a real breakfast elsewhere.Since one pays for breakfast the hotel should put more effort to present something reasonable!
