Very nice hotel for a stopover during a long trip. The room was clean and it is possible to arrive 24h

Very few things honestly but staff were nice and helpful.

Small room with facilities isolated. Just a transparent door for the shower (not the shower room), and space which looks like a hole. This makes the room very uncomfortable especially if you are sharing it but even if you are alone. Around the hotel there is almost nothing.

The price was competitive compared to nearby option, the room was decent and apparently clean and warm. Silence throughout day and night even being at the ground floor. Bus stop close to hotel

When we arrived around 9.30pm the reception was closed and so we had to ask for assistance to the reception of Ibis next door, with few difficulties we managed to get access to rooms but my bed was appearing like someone have been lying on it , duvet was all moved and pillows not in place, at that time I couldn’t even ask assistance as reception was closed.The area is served with big supermarkets within 15 minutes walk but not pedestrians path to get to it basically walking on the side of main road.not really safe. Better to have a car in that area. Breakfast have no options for vegans or lactose intolerance anyway so I had to organise myself from supermarkets down the road. There are few automated machines with food and drink with creamy price like 2.50€ for 33cl of water ?

For an overnight stop the place was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was fenced with a closed gate, so the car was secure. This property did the job.

The bunk bed was not set for our child. However, they knew we were two adults and a child.A dog who was in the front room was barking in the middle of the night.The internet connection was low.

The shower ventilator at the room was constantly on, making a lot of noise. I was staying along in a triple room, but if I was sharing it, there would be no privacy.

The room was very small and the breakfast selection was poor.

We had to stay overnight, to have some rest during long trip. The room we had was just enough for three people to sleep and get shower. The internet connection was fine, and there where some extra blankets in case it would be cold.

It’s definitely cheap place to stay, so we had no any high expectations, but we were a bit surprised by the the visit of the cockroach, which was truly a disappointment

The location is good, just off the highway. The free parking is a plus. The coffee is ok. Tip: there is a cheap(er) gas station next to McDonald's. The opposite one, next to Leclerc supermarkt, was more expensive.

It is a very small room for 3, not a problem for one night stay. We stayed several nights and found it a bit too cramped. Quite noisy when the window is open.

The breakfast was small, but somethings were days old and didn't taste that good.

Machines replacing humans for reception is simply an ordeal!!

Upon arriving late to the hotel (plane was delayed) the machine didn't not get me the code or the room number, therefore, I had to go the other Ibis to ask for help. The receptionist called someone who tried to confirm the payment. My app showed that the money was debited but the "Manager" insisted that the payment didn't sow in their system. It took me over 1 hour to access the room (2 a.m). In the morning I had to hand my bank card so the manager would take the details because up to that time according to their system, there was no payment. Very annoying!!

Breakfast was small, but okay. The space where the breakfast could be a bit better cleaned and maintained. All the chairs were over the place, table`s not clean and was overall messy.

Basic clean room with comfortable bed, plenty of parking, pleasant staff who speak good English

Small issues only:Shower head was not adjustable - pointing horizontally rather than down.No kettle/tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
