In the town of Cobh, the family-owned Bella Vista Hotel overlooks Cork Harbor. This luxurious Victorian villa offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi, a traditional Irish Bar, restaurant and free parking. Bedrooms at The Bella Vista Hotel & Self Catering Suites feature a satellite LCD HDTV and tea/coffee-making facilities. Bathrooms have baths and showers and most rooms have views of Cork Harbor, the second largest natural harbor in the world. The award-winning Continental Restaurant has ocean views and serves European and Chinese food. The cozy Full Rustic Bar offers Guinness, a fine selection of whiskeys and open fires. Each morning, you can enjoy a buffet breakfast of homemade brown bread, scones, and muffins, as well as cereals or a full Irish breakfast. Cobh town center is just a 5-minute walk away and fishing is available at the harbor. There are around 30 golf courses within a 30-minute drive. Bella Vista caters to fishing groups and is able to organize boat hire for fishing trips as well as fishing tackle and equipment.

- Well maintained. We had a corner room with great views of town and bay. Staff was attentive, helpful suggestions, went out of their way to help and older couple. We arrived by train and walked and pulled our luggage up the hill, took some effort but easy.
