    Pros +

    • The location was nice, play area for kids, got in to music - away from rooms which was great!
    • The Med sea was so close, food was very good.
    • Clean accommodation, close to te beach. Staff were very friendly very good for a family holiday for a few days

    Cons -

    • The place needs more signs to find it from the road...address on the web page is wrong. Directions from Google maps gave us the wrong directions.
    • A little small for a family, pool closes early foe summer restaurant is very slow and there is only one on site
    • The place is nothing like the pictures, run down, dated, overpriced. The lodges are tiny. Ok for 2 adults plus kids only. That’s probably why it wasn’t busy in high season, the only positive I can give. It seems like want to attract local people staying the whole season and requiring something basic and close to the beach. There are no toilettes or showers at the beach and the sand is black.

Everything was great! The mobile houses which we stayed in where in the beutifull pine forest, so therefore was there nice shadow whole day!

A little thing that we couldnt have car directly by accomodation. But it wasnt that far and there were also troleys to carry stuff.

    8RamunasPosted on: 7-12-2024

Because of the location, beach was not too crowded and very close.

Too crowded, no privacy in mobile houses.

Awesome location. Black sand beach in the backyard. Staff very kind and helpful. We had booked the cottage in front of the pool. Wish we stayed for more days. We will surely plan to stay here longer. Parking is available.

No WiFi but won’t miss one.No TV but one won’t need one.

Everything was great! We stayed for 2 nights with groups of friends and it was perfect.Very good location by the side of the beach, swimming pool and kids play area were also great.

We thought the water slide in the pool has a little bit of structural issue. maybe it needs a big soft mattress at the bottom.

Wow all in there! Lucky enough we had the good weather too and was able to explore what we had to set out to do like Saturnian terms, Porto Santo Stefano and the coast. The beach was nice and great that with all activities included like kayaking. The the facilities were great and stuff helpful especially and the lifeguards. The local supermarket was very handy with decent prices and products

Trees and easyy check in :) peacefull location. A lot of parking space :)

    8PawełPosted on: 8-20-2023

location was great, just at the sea. The campsite was some kilometres away from the nearest town but there was a supermarket within the campsite wit basic things on offer.

we needed a car to get there (we came to Rome by plane) and the campsite was not the cheapest option to spend some days at the coast

    10AdrianPosted on: 8-2-2023

Everything was ok from the check in to the beach, live music, food....we wished to stay longer

It's a huge campsite a little bit confusing at the beginning with a little info in English...but no big deal.

The Lodge Premium 6 was great to have, with a very nice veranda to eat or hang out on. The addition of airco was also great. The pool area was very nice and was kept clean and maintained. All facilities were present, like the bar / restaurant / market. 90% of the staff was friendly and helpful!

Bar/restaurant prices could've been a tad lower. To my knowledge there was only one area to get rid of garbage and this was all the way at the entrance. Public toilets could have been cleaner, hole in the ground toilets seem very outdated. The sand on the beach is the dark kind which feels more like mixed dirt and sand . 10% of the staff should remember they are in the service industry and treat the customer with a bit more respect and friendliness.

Location is super top, nature and beach great combination.Restaurant was good and the supermarket had everything needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The kitchen is basic equipped but is missing either a microwave or oven because no way to heat the food unless we cook everyday which is much more energy waste. The cooker burner could have 2 bigger burners because is impossible to cook more than food at the time. The pool was mainly for children, adults without children couldn't really enjoy the pool.

We liked the staff (especially Mrs. Elsa), very open, friendly and communicativeWe liked the beach and the staff at the beach (Bruno was the best)

We assumed, we've a little house for our own, but 4 appartments in one house is too much.It was very noisy at night, when the italian neighbours called or the little babies cried. The animation was only in italian language, it would have been better to present the animation in english. The animation played until 00:30 am and was so loud, that we could not sleep. The restaurant was too expensive. We ordered a lasagne, we got a piece of lasagne 5cmx7cmx2cm and paid 16€, that was too much.No TV in the room in this day and age is an absolutely not ok.The wifi was so bad and slow.

    9SamborPosted on: 10-1-2022

beautiful place with a large area, well-kept garden, swimming pool with crystal clear water, right next to the beach. I recommend

    7REvangelistaPosted on: 9-21-2022

The house was cozy, comfortable and having everything we needed. The swimming pool is big and very nice.

The beach was neat but the sea water and the shore wasn't that clean. The minimarket in the village was comfortable but a bit too expensive. The free WiFi is irrelevant. For having a more stronger and stable one you'll have to pay an extra amount but still I found it everything other than satisfying.

Perfect location, for Rome, fantastic for kids. Lovely quite accommodation.

The Wi Fi was very poor.Staff in restaurant, did forget our order a few times. But we're lovely.

Great place with see and swimming pool. Good location.

Unfortunately this place is accepting teen-agers campuses. So we had teen-agers the whole week screaming until late night hours next to our house. So be aware of this. I wouldn't choose this plas again, because of this fact.
