Person at the reception first of all not there during check-in time and when he was there, he seemed not very much present but rather absent, not attentive and not client-ortiented.

The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The rooms are clean. The stuff is polite.

The location is far from the train stations, and we need to walk for a long time with baggage to get there.

Clean and tidy. Good, modern interior design.

Having to search for car parking. It’s great to have a kettle in the room but a few teabags and sachets of coffee would have been good.

Location was interesting. Breakfast and coffee were great. Bathroom was very clean and spacious.Absolutely beautiful building.

We are sensitive to scents and the room and facility were heavily scented with potpourri and/or oils.Pillows were not enough in firmness and quantity for me.

Great location, awesome room! The bed was very comfortable and shower was great! A/C worked well. Breakfast was perfect and coffee was wonderful.

I payed for bed & breakfast and when I got there they told me there was not breakfast!

There was no lift.The main door of the hotel was closed until 15.00 o'clock - check in time. No one in the reception! I arrived at noon, it was raining heavily, I was outside in the rain. I called them and nobody came even for letting me entry in the hall. The guests used to hold the key of the Main door of the hotel and use it when they came in and out.

Located just at the entrance of the city, it is a perfect place to find free parking and to reach the centre. Big room and comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

The location, clean room. Breakfast was enought.

The service. It calls 3*** hotel, but we got air b&b. No one was there, no sign or name of the hotel on the door, the place outside was dirty, and no safe path .

the glass shelf in the bathroom was not secure & fell and smashed when I put something on it. There was no notice of awareness of this.The breakfast wasn’t the best. Only sweet pastries available and a yoghurt

Breakfast Washington ok, locazione good.

The structure is publicizedas hotel but it Washington not a hotel. There are no signs outside not even the number. It was not easy to find it.

Nice young couple running the place. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. Location couldn't be better and the free parking is only 50 meters away. Will come back.

Great location, good insider tips about restaurants, clean and renovated historical building. If you're a meat lover, do not forget to eat at Antica Taverna!

Stone floors can feel cold, as with all flooring in Italy. The shower is snug, but this is understandable considering the size of the room, in an old building.

Facility in our room, shower to be exact. It was just too small. If I was a bit bigger, I wouldn’t be able to fit in.

Very close to the city center, public parking across the street. Everything was great including breakfast in the morning.

Sound isolation could be improved.

The receptionist was very friendly. She made a reservation in a perfect restaurant for me (was difficult because it was a saturday) and because of my early departure (03:45 a.m.) she arranged a very good breakfast for me.

The room was a bit poor in terms of space. For this price you may expect at least a bath tub in the bathroom. The shower was very tiny, the hot water was really difficult to get colder so I couldn't easily get out of the showercabin. I almost burned myself.

The location was excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The WiFi connection was very poor and we could hardly connect. The sink in the bathroom was leaking.

The hotel was hard to find for me in the dark. Probably no big sign because it's a historic building.

The Hotel cancelled the booking the same day of my arrival.
