Cons -
- The air-conditioning was not strong enough and we suffered from the heat. The receptionist didn't speak English and it was really hard to communicate with her.
- Night desk staff rather begrudging - unwilling to check us in to rooms prepaid etc. Breakfast rather unimaginative. Air conditioning distinctly creaky.
- Shower head fell apart but it didn't matter much. Breakfast wasn't good, only sweet sugary stuff, nothing else

The hotel is close to the walled city of Viterbo. Nice waiter at breakfast. The sheets and towels were good. The room and bathroom were clean.
Sadly, everything about this hotel feels tired and out-dated. To describe itself as modern is a stretch on the imagination. It appears to be under renovation so perhaps it will improve. The overall feeling is a bit depressing. The breakfast was disappointing with only sweet things to eat. Even the road into the old city is a little dangerous. The hotel is beside the railway station so it is noisy to open the window.
Receptionist was kind and helpful, location close to the city centre.
Bath room smelly, cleaning very poor, mini fridge and heating ventilation very noisy, overall not even a two stars standard, very poor breakfast.
Very good
TV did not work properly and WI-FI non-existent in room.
