- Very clean, friendly, and helpful staff. Breakfast very basic.
Cons -
- Didn't like much find your parking on the street or plaza pretty close by.
- Fruit at breakfast would be nice, but coffee were good
- It is too expensive for the serve you get. Not a cost effective hotel. Everything was exteremely old. Even my charger of laptop didn't fit to plague of electiricity.Breakfast was weak. I had to eat a whole bread for being satiated.Bed was not comfortable. Curtain was attached to window of room. So it was impossible to open window but close the curtain. There was a smell in the room. It wasn't going anywhere with ventilating the room with opening window. And some other probleams... I do not suggest to stay there.

I stayed at Tuscia Hotel for 6 days. Breakfast was good. Everyday cleaning of rooms made my stay even more comfortable. Staff was very friendly, especially Manuel who is professional in his job. Next time I will definitely will choose this hotel.
It was on a "not-bad" location I guess. But it is a small town anyway so bad location is a hard option. Staff was positive and kind. Thanks to them.

Very close to town, clean friendly and quiet. Have arrangement for covered parking
Breakfast was pretty standard for this type of hotel. Location was very good - inside the walls of the old quarter and a short walk to the Medieval Quarter. Close to many restaurants. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.
Garage was very very very small. There was a limited number of spaces and if they were all filled it would be hard to get in or out of the garage.
The staff were exceptional. The reception staff were able to source taxis to take us to our destination and also bring us back to the hotel. Breakfast staff brought their own cooked cakes in for us to enjoy. A real gem of a hotel.
Nothing for us.
It was clean and inexpensive. The location was good.
The “city view” from my room turned out to be a direct view of the neighbour’s washing across a lane.
Very well located, close to historical places and restaurants. The hotel is very clean.
The internet was a bit slow
Great positionNice the receptionist
Breakfast insufficient for international guest
Very friendly and helpful staff at check in.Offered to book us a table at a local restaurant
Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast adequate, Location great for the town. Usual issues in Italy over parking but their underground carpark came to the rescue but providing you have a small car.
Nothing to speak of.
staff was very nice
wifi was very weakat check-out wifi didn't work which meant I could not pay taxes and garage with credit card, and had to find cash to pay
I liked the location. Moreover, the staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms clean and breakfast delicious.
All was fine.
the hotel was easy to find and had covered nearby parking. The a/c was good and the beds comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was walkable to tourist sites, restaurants and shopping The breakfast was very limited.
The room was smaller and lacked a fridge. The hotel is generally dated and the room seemed like it could have been an old smokers room. somewhat stale and needs a refresh. the towels are terrible and quite literally large pieces of paper. Get real towels!! The rooftop terrace is not appealing and in poor repair.
The location was perfect. The staff was lovely. Excellent breakfast. Ultimately clean.
Wifi was not enough. The a/c is needed in single rooms.
Location
Hotel old and outdated. Bathroom old with tiles turning brown. Pillowcase with hair from previous guest. Towel with yellow stain. Poor breakfast. Wifi unusable. Only 3 sample-size sachets of showergel. Tv too small. We asked for a double bed and were given 2 single beds next to each other.
Nice hotel in a good location not far away from the city center. Staff very nice and welcome. The rooms were good and comfortable and the breakfast for Italy was enough and very good. Can recommend stay there.
The beds were just long enough for me (I am 177cm). For me OK, but if you are taller, maybe is not enough any more.
Location is good. Staff are nice
3 stars are too much for this hotel. Room is very old, bathroom's facility is very old, no shampoo. WiFi is VERY slow, impossible to use. Breakfas is poor.
