Affordable, air conditioned. No issues whatsoever. Friendly breakfast staff.

Lighting is a little dim, nothing that would keep me from booking again.

A very good place to stay for a modest price. Breakfast provided. Nothing fancy and shiny new, but perfectly fine. Nice staff, and good location for visiting Viterbo.

Convenient and easy to find in the old city. Affordable. 24 hour reception. The staff I met were helpful and friendly. Good places to visit nearby (the National Etruscan Museum is excellent), and good places to eat. Good breakfast included!

i didn't ask for a double room without extra charge, it was your choice, i didn't turn on the air conditioner 24 hours a day! i can't sleep when it's on. i turned it on full blast for a few hours because it was too cold. your reply on Booking.com was rude about my accent, considering your staff doesn't speak English at all, it seems like you hate Russians

The location is super central - you can walk everywhere. No need to have a car but if you do there's some parking and although my car was too large for the tiny old streets, I was able to leave it in the local piazza.I am a solo female traveller and I felt very safe.

Although the booking website said that Wi-Fi is available, but there is no signal in the room and it is only available at the reception.

⚠️✋️?Please, be aware ? avoid this hotel. I have been stolen by lady of the service. She entered at my room during the breakfast time and took money in my wallet ( 2 times/ the third time I recorded it.) I am shocked ? At least, the reception guy helped to take my money back ?

Mr Marco's service was exceptional. The room was big, clean and fully equipped. Breakfast was good and delicious. We will definitely recommend and surely be back.

Centre of the historic town

I had read before booking that previous guests had issues with damp / humid conditions in the room. My room was so damp, and since the bathroom was covered in mould ( photos taken ), I left the next day with considerable breathing issues which lasted the next 4 days. Just to be clear, do NOT stay st this hotel, then must resolve tge mould, damp issues.

The room was very spacious and clean although the fitout was quite old. Staff were lovely and accommodating to our request to store luggage and to organise a breakfast for us as we were leaning early. There was some noise from the corridor, but overall, fantastic location and excellent value for money..

With special thanks to the members of staff, who took great effort to answer all my questions on how to get to different locations by car and who were also more than happy to give detailed information on which villages to visit and which places were considered to be real gems. Very kind and helpful staff. Thank you.

The breakfast was good. The location in the center of the old city, near to Porta Fiorentina and to a lot of bars and small restaurants

Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room in the first floor and this was not good when someone stays for some days in the hotel and have to do her/his job from there.

Staff was super kind and available. The Room was a very spacious one and clean. garage really cheap

bathroom is clean but not really modern and comfortable.there are a lot of stairs and no elevator

The place is good for walking in tiny old town. The stuff was really nice and helpful. The room was ok. Good place to stay for this price.

Breakfast wasn't very rich. No ham, eggs, chees, vegetables or any others kind of proteins. Basically sweets and white breads, some fruits, sweet yogurt. It is ok for those who can start a day with a cup of coffee and something sweet, sugar.

Location and helpful staff. All in all good choice although a little bit far from the main attractions and restaurants.

We understand that it is a budget hotel but wi fi is essential and it did not work in the rooms and also in the common areas it was tricky. The garage is not convenient for larger cars, but the public parking nearby is o.k.
