Tenuta Bussete Country Hotel

The property is lovely. There are 8 rooms with ample balconies with lovely view of the garden or the driving range. Rooms are very well appointed, comfortable, and pretty. Breakfast is delightful with ample selection including several home made treats. The area is quiet and it is close to the Terme dei Papi as well as other baths, and approximately 6-8 minutes drive from old town Viterbo. The owners are the nicest people. We will definitely be back!

was NOT informed that the parking was across the gravel road with no access to the front of hotel to drop off luggage. We struggled with our luggage since no one would help us

Breakfast was included in the price of our lovely room (nice surprise!) and it was absolutely amazing! It was a typical Italian breakfast on “steroids”, in that there were so many lovely choices for breads, sweet pastries and savory foods. There was a choice for fruit, but the freshly cut strawberries with whipped cream put it over the top! Fresh ricotta cheese? You got it! Homemade artichoke torte? Please take a slice!The room was comfortable; the small refrigerator, coffee/tea supplies and *screens* on the windows made the stay very pleasant. There was a little patio at the front door with table and chairs if you wanted to enjoy your morning coffee looking out onto the (golf) driving range. Have I said there were screens on the windows? And a nice AC (heat in the colder months) unit on the wall? A lovely walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and hand-held wand? Really nice to have both options!And yes, a driving range if you want to hit a bucket of balls. Lovely, out of town in a peaceful, beautiful area.

For the price we paid and the amenities available (along with the amazing breakfast!), cannot think of anything. We had a very pleasant stay here and would definitely return!

SCAM. No one to greet us.

Unfortunately, we booked, and no one was there to greet us. The check in was supposed to be until 23:00. We arrived around 19:00. We tried contacting the hotel and even calling them but no answer. When I complained to Booking, even them couldn't get a hold of them. If the responsible of this hotel is reading this, shame on you. You took our money without even hosting us.

Excellent location in a green area, very quiet, close to a thermal bath. Beautiful fields around the property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and abundant breakfast! Charming breakfast room. Very comfortable shower, big and luminous bathroom, comfortable bed.

It's a very quiet place and spotless. Great breakfast and friendly staff

The room was simple and had everything you need for a quick stay. The man who met me at the gate (don't go to the gate, there's a walk-way that my tired eyes didn't see) was so sweet. The grounds are beautiful, everything was so quiet, the sunset was amazing, and there are kitties on the property.

Google maps location needs to be updated. There is a very obvious sign and parking lot that should have told me that was where I needed to be, but google maps thought I needed to be in the middle of a corn field.

Amazing location, very quiet and relaxing, in the middle of the countryside, The room was big and the king-size bed was very comfortable. The room had a cute terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the view. Good breakfast, offering a variety of home-made cakes, tarte and croissant. With a 10 minutes walk you could reach the Piscine Carletti, a public thermal hot springs.

It’s a new and tranquil hotel where we spent a night on our way from Florence to Rome. It is very close to the cozy natural hot springs, Sorgente ternale delle Piscine Carletti. Simple but tasty Italian breakfast was great to start your day. A group of cats will be also at the hotel premises to welcome you ???
