Excellent facilities including pool and spa. Price wise it was excellent including the food options. Breakfast was superb.

It's a family run business and all staff very friendly and helpful.hotel always busy that's a good sign of the hotel standards.

It was a wonderful experience from check in to check out. Very relaxing, lovely room and facilities amenities and ambience . Dinner was amazing. Very kind staff who were really welcoming.

Pool and health spa very busy as shared with public, very male dominated. Some issues calling reception and organising room service.

Staff are very friendly and helpful in every way. Food is outstanding and also a great pint of Guinness to be got. Leisure facilities are excellent.

Nothing I didn't like, woodlands ticked all the boxes for me.

Staff weren't great in all areas , check in staff was poor, I had to ask all questions what time breakfast, what time can children use the pool etc we were a family of 5 so I clearly needed that info .arrived at 4pm and still had to wait for room to b3 ready. Breakfast was chaotic and again not enough staff and not great management. Bedroom was poorly ventilated, noise running all night from pool area below us

The Spa was excellent . Main hotel was a let down

It was freezing cold in the restaurant, the bar , the lobby etc. we mentioned it at dinner and when we were in the lobby , both occasions we were made to feel like we were fools for saying . Bedroom was ice cold too but the heat was turned off . There was a dirty tray of food outside a room door when we checked in and it was still there when we checked out . The rooms are shabby . It was a let down considering it was an expensive stay on a Tuesday night, €260 .

Tables in bar were cleared very slowly so no where to sit as they were full of leftovers. Our 1st morning breakfast was disaster again no one to clear tables waiting to be seated hard to get anyone's attention. Yet second morning was unbelievable with one young man who couldn't do enough and made breakfast enjoyable no name tag. It wasn't the warmest hotel. Dinner first night fabulous second night two dishes cold .

Outside of Adare so very quiet but easy short access to town.Very comfortable accommodations.

The swimming pool was cold

Nice size family room. Very soft beds. Nice to see a Jacuzzi bathtub. The nine year old was delighted! Also liked the Treehouse where we had a meal in the evening in one of the heated sheds. Also had a swim and a wander around the pet farm. Nice setup for families. Also a good selection and service at breakfast!

There was a very strong smell of orange in the room. Not fresh orange. More like a airfreshner type scent. Didn't think much of it. Room seemed nice and clean. Throughout the stay, the scent lingered, but it took on an undertone of vommit. This combined with a wet spot next to one of the beds, made us deduce that someone had been sick the night before. I mentioned it at the checkout. Staff handled it really well, and said they would have moved us if we had come to them before.

If the hotel could suggest to guests to reserve their table for dinner in advance if the hotel is particularly busy so there is no wait time.

A great fun for kids in the farm and pool, very well behaved staff and decent size room with cozy bed.

Nothing except could stay longer

Lovely family atmosphere and staff were very attentive to all needs.Loved the fact that the 3 children had proper single beds rather than sofa beds or sharing beds as in other hotels and all beds were very comfy.

Superior breakfast

Unfortunately the pools changing facilities were out of action due to renovations.

Facilities, bed, staff were very helpful, treehouse was a great spot for chilling with coffee or pizza, bar was good, leisure centre was nice

No thermostat in the room, was quite warm
