Villa Pulejo

The staff was really incredible! Our car would not start and they helped us find a solution and made calls and spoken in Italian to get things resolved. Excellent location and a beautiful property that we would love to stay in for much longer.

Staff were absolutely perfect! They were extremely friendly, accomodating, efficient and went way beyond what I was expecting from the amount of money spent.

The location was a bit far from the fun stuff and the road leading to the "front gate" actually made me turn around because I felt I had taken a wrong turn and was going to wind up in a dangerous place. But don't be fooled. What's waiting at the end of that road is well worth it.

Stunningly beautiful villa, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the pool and gardens are amazing. The bedroom was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable.

We loved it here ! ❤️ had the queen balcony suite . you also can see Italy from the hotel ! staff so accommodating Josh / Amanda and the rest of staff where great . Had dinner and breakfast here Food was fab . Just 15 mins to town centre

The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. The grounds and pool are lovely features and the villa is well cared for. The chef described his menu then made Tiramisu at our table for desert.

Extra pillows would be good in the rooms. Also a light lunch menu such as the choice of a panini or sandwich, would have meant we didn't need to leave the villa.

A hidden gem just 15 minutes from Messina Centre. People and services exceptional. Relaxing environment surrounded by greenery and beautiful views. We also stayed for dinner and food was amazing too.

Nothing really but we had a car thus reaching the place wasn’t too much of an issue for us.

The surrounding villa..so spooky.. a bit dark and most important the airconditioning were supperrrr hottt.. we stayed there for 4 nights and not even 1 night can sleep well because it was so hottttt 24.5 C the aircon..i thinkThey have to fix the system

It was great. All the people who worked at the hotel were very helpfull.

Would of been nice to have the bar open / have a place to have a drink before going out. Wasn't really communicated that this was an option. Also there were no refreshements available at the pool. Would be nice to have someone come down and see if the guests wanted anything. From a business perspective you would make more money for sure.

The villa is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful gardens looks amazing both day and night. Also big thanks to the super friendly and helpful staff. I wish to come back one day.

The location is little bit out of town and you have to drive, there no close by shops or restaurants.

Like a palace! The room is very clean and equipments are fantastic. We had a good rest after a long trip. Ths breakfast is also wonderful.

Not easy to reach. If Google Map is available, there is no problem but without it, reaching the property might be a challenge.

A tranquil elegant location to take a break from a holiday! After several weeks of 'on the go' visits to Italy's amazing museums and heritage sites, this villa and its grand garden is what was needed to recharge our batteries. A bottle of red from Mt Etna's grapes helped as well (whilst it was erupting!). The staff at the villa all pitched in to make us feel very welcome. It was a great start to explore Sicily.

We had such a great time. The view at breakfast was a great way to start the day. The staff was knowledgeable and great hosts. After a day they felt like long time friends. Loved the jacuzzi on the balcomy, breakfast and the location. The shuttle service into town was very convenient.

The bed could have been more comfortable. The room was a bit small and it would have been nice to have seating for two inside the room. Mostly it was the bed that was a bit problematic.

Set on the outskirts of Messina, away from the noise of the commercial area. Beautiful property, friendly and accommodating staff. We appreciated that meals were still always accommodated even at a moment's notice.

Nice service, kind receptionists, who booked for us magnificent restaurant and provided upgraded room without extra payment. Perfectly clean every corner of hotel. Historical building with amazing details and garden. Perfectly and elegantly served breakfast with plenty of excellent Italian espresso and cappuccino.

Pool was dirty because of the rain. Outdoor jacuzzi also dirty, not because of the rain. It needs more regular cleaning (side walls etc). Could not use them

This place is an oasis of serenely. The surrounding well kept gardens are there to enjoy. The silence is also felt how the staff behaves in the background. Welcoming, attentive. The small number of rooms all designed differently, clean and modern makes you feel like you almost you own the Villa. Will defo be back .
