Holiday Inn Express Ajaccio By IHG

The room was basic but clean, and the breakfast was good.

We arrived in the morning and they said early check in was not possible as the cleaning ladies are busy and that we should go back at 16. We went but the room was not cleaned at all. They apologized and cleaned it but honestly this is not what you expect for 160 euro/night. Also wven though you can get a bus to the city center, it operates only till 19 and not very frequent, so the comute to the center if you dont have a car is not as easy.

The customer services are very rude. We get here because we had to stop a cruiser of Seabourn. My husband present a terrible medical condition and he has to be in the hospital. The customer services knew it but they tried as terrible. The rooms are very SMALL smells bad pour cleanes besides it the breakfast was extremely bad.

Very nice and big room big and nice shower.confortable and big bed. Very kind and helpful staff.

Breakfast.

The rooms, breakfast and staff were excellent.

Good location, clean, friendly staff, close to bus lines, quiet.

Breakfast is pretty ordinary.

Hotel seemed brand new. The facilities were great and breakfast was decent for a hotel buffet.

Location isn't the best

The hotel is pretty new I think, it looks very nice.

The location is not so nice, but it is neat the airport.

Very very clean.Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice.Parking was plentyHelpful reception staffBeds mattresses are very comfortableBathroom is clean and spacious

Location is far from centre

Big clean double room.Staff very kind.Air-condition working perfectly.Huge TV, check out at 12. Lovely breakfast.

Modern, clean room. Nice, friendly staff. Comfy bed and choice of pillow.

Sometimes had to wait very long for the lift. The location could be nicer but I should check before tbf. No fridge in the room.

Quite big rooms, comfortable beds, breakfast included in the price.

The staff didn’t necessarily speak good English. It’s also a bit far away from the city centre.

New hotel, very clean and the staff is very friendly! A big bonus are the parking spots available for free around the property.

There are some improvements that should be done in terms of breakfast. When it gets crowded, the people that are taking care of the food don’t pay enough attention in order to fill the plates that are empty.A minus would be the elevators that are very very slow compared to all the others that I have seen in my life!

Stuff very nice

First and foremost, the drain in the shower was clogged, which resulted in the bathroom flooding every time I took a shower. Such problems should be immediately addressed so that guests can comfortably use the facilities they are paying for. Additionally, there was no soap in the dispenser, which also affected my comfort during the stay.

The staff were the best

A little out of the way but can’t complain about easy and free parking

Great value for money. The room was super clean + soundproofed. Great staff, with really good vibes. Breakfast was good. I would recommend.
