- It's comfortable and clean, the owner is truly kind and welcoming, there is a lot of room in the hall, the neighborhood is nice and quiet, there is also a lot of space outside to enjoy the sun when it shines.

- Staff was rude, I called them and because I didn’t speak Italian I was told “what do you want” in an angry manner, yelled at, hung up on, and ignored my calls to the hotel.The facilites was awful, everything was unclean, the lights was broken, very outdated especially for 55euro
- The rooms are clean but don't look great, you don't find food if you arrive late, only chips in the machine, a little bit far away from the station, but not too much, it's ten-minute walk from the train station.
- The building is falling apart, and there were several water leaks in the dining room.

the finishing of the room/s was really of bad quality especially the bathroom for 55€ a night i expected more,i have seen better places with less amount.looked like an old hospital all the rooms had fire proof doors even the bathroom.Breakfast was really bad they had old cakes with moulds on them and the stuff really unprepared
